This is such a nice little property. Everything was great, staff was excellent. Great location!!

Convenient to the airport but busy and noisy. Only real issue was that I tried to contact them with questions before my trip a couple of times and didn’t receive a response.

No hot water (went from cold to like warm), no working mini fridge (our food spoiled), air conditioner was not functioning properly, many mosquitos in the room or dead on the wall, room was very dated (which was the least of the issues). Very dissatisfied with this experience and would like an ******* manager to contact me to discuss how to go about being refunded or credited.

Just the perfect beachfront property. Staff is wonderful, room is spacious and nice. The restaurant is delicious. Would definitely return!

Sunbreeze is an excellent place to stay right on the beach in San Pedro. The atmosphere is great and the bar and restaurant excellent. It is a very convenient location within walking distance to the water taxi and all the tour operators. Whether you want to dive, snorkel, swim with the sharks or do a trip to the mainland to see the Mayan Ruins and cave tubing excursions it is all located right along the beach front within a couple hundred yards of the Hotel. We will definitely stay again next trip to San Pedro Belize.

located right along the beach for beautiful views! easily walkable to any beachfront restaurant or shops. staff was so kind and eager to help!

It was a great hotel, walking distance to all major shopping and restaurants. very clean and had a great restaurant in it. Only complaint is there was no coffee and coffeemaker in the room.
