ホテル プラヤ ジポリイテ(Hotel Playa Zipolite)

Staff were terrific. Welcoming and very attentive. Can't beat the location. The room is very basic but very clean. The bed was very comfortable - great mattress. Overall the room met my needs. I'd have liked it better if the internet worked more often and better and if there'd been a secure locker/safe to keep things. Having said that I'd definitely return.

A guest walks out the back of this property directly onto the beautiful beach or out the front directly onto main street. The hotel is quiet, seems secure, adequate lighting without being too bright and glaring. The pool and surroundings looked great, but I didn't go in since the ocean was right there. Room staff very attentive and in and out by mid-morning. I extended my original reservation and will go back.

Ok this isn’t a luxury hotel, it shows a bit of age and shows the typical wear and tear of a Mexican hotel, But…. It’s clean! The linens are clean, the staff are visible going through the suites everyday, preparing each room, providing clean towels etc. floors are clean, grounds are swept and washed regularly throughout the day, the pool is kept in good repair and is clean and useable with ample room to lounge around it. Cold AC, fans, and hot water in the room, mattresses, bedding and pillows were all comfortable as well. Several parking spots on site as well as a lane way immediately next to it The ocean is 150’ directly through the property’s rear veranda, excellent access. And the beach is soft and smooth with the rolling waves of a surf beach. Restaurants and cabanas flank each side so food and drink are steps away, Ammenities are all available with one exception. There’s only one A** in the entire area which frequently runs out of cash and lots of places are cash only since we had a care we were able to drive 20min up the highway to load up, be prepared. Zipolite is also a clothing optional beach so if that’s not your thing then you will need to reconsider as naked people are occasionally on the grounds, didn’t bother us but some might care. We had previously booked a room up the road which was nigh**are material but we’re so glad we were able to relocate here, and it was actually cheaper per night!

This air conditioned hotel is on the beach. Very simple and clean. Great location in centre of Zipolite.

Rented a room because my apar**ent in Zipolite doesnt have air conditioning and it was really hot for a couple of days. Location was great Staff was great Property—not the nicest but not the worst

Excelente, very clean and very polite

I was pleasantly surprised that to have the Main Street on onside and the ocean on the other that the hotel would be so peaceful and quiet. A basic hotel with all the needed amenities. I was also impressed by the friendliness of both the guests and staff, making for a pleasant stay.

We chose to find another property. The property was run down and not welcoming. No problems with the staff, they were fine, just not satisfied with the state of the property

Great hotel with basic amenities. Location is awesome, right on the beach!!
