Great place, great location and good price! Would stay here again if when I'm back to El Salvador

I visited this place aproximate 6 year back and it was great!, it was clean and service was acceptable, the price for the rooms were into the acceptable level. This time everything was unacceptable. 1. First, the reception was terrible, not even a kind greeting. I requested to do early check in at 1 pm becuase needed to take a shower, they extriclty told me that it was not an option. Check in was at 2pm. I was forced to go out. 2. When i did check in at 2, no information was provided,. Not wifi password, not comments about the door (damaged), nothing. 3. I did my own to get into the room. once inside, the walls were damaged, humidity is makeing the painting fall to parts, both in room and bathroom. 4. The shower was totally dirty, it gave me a really bad sensation when inside, i was forced to use sandals to take a shower. 5. The towels are white, but looked almost black (look old and dirty). 6. The pool is totally dirty, i did not see any person using it. I assume it is because it is totally dirty. I normally book a hotel with pool, becuase it is convenient to go for a while, but in this condition, it is not possible. 7. The garden does not have any care, all plants are dry and on the floor.

Great stay !!!. The staff is superb from security to maintenance. The only inconvenience for me was the up and down of the little hill almost everyday due to my physical condition. I would recommend this charming hotel 100%.

Great staff. Walk to room is uphill so it can be long and gate is closed at night so you must ring bell to get in and limited lighting . Very clean. I had large room but there was a step up to the bathroom that was awkward and shower pressure was not great. But overall very good

The staff and the free breakfast was fantastic. The room and bathroom was dated and is need of repairs and updates. We found ants everywhere, but that's to be expected in any ground level tropical climate property. The bathroom would smelled like raw sewage at times and the shower drained extremely slow and you would bath in about ankle deep water. We had to wait around 15 minutes between showers. There was pooling water in the shower the next morning. There is construction being done almost around the clock for the upcoming Miss Universe pageant in Dec. 2024, so don't expect a quiet night or day. On top the construction you have to deal with the noise from the neighboring business 503 bar. Every night that play loud music that you can clearly hear in your room until 2AM if not later. The only thing worse is their karaoke night.

The property was very nicely cared for and had several cute wooden creatures made from chunks of wood. Really nice dining area and a small pool which was well taken care of. The rooms were comfortable, quiet and clean.

Been staying here for many years. Excellent location, incredible restaurants nearby small, boutique hotel with a good breakfast, internet, and comfortable accommodations. Perfect for a business traveler to El Salvador.

Great location and wonderful area! Excellent shopping and dining close by! Felt safe and security was nearby.
