Desk clerk was very unpleasant. I stayed two separate times and her attitude was bad both times. I book somewhere else

Our room met our expectations. Our only complaints were that the carpet seemed worn and trash was piled outside one of the side doors.

Awakened twice by owner's children crying or talking loudly. Chair was gross/stained. Receptionist was nice. Parking lot was trashy. Overpriced.

GOOD PLACE ...VERY SAFE...ROOM WAS EXCELLENTLY CLEANED AND WIFI WAS EASY TO HOOK UP...STAFF WAS VERY GOOD AND BREAKFAST WAS GREAT...

The property was well maintained. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I have two complaints 1.The carpet in the room. There was several dirt spots near the bed and by the desk..it looked like it had not been attended to. 2. The mattresses was not comfortable and pillows to soft.

The location of the property. Easy access to everything for a small town.

Needed a place to for overnight stay while visiting relatives. The place was quiet, clean and in a safe area.

There was a couple of roaches in the room. I had to get bug spray from the front desk. We were only there to sleep. The breakfast options was nice and they had packaged items.

I have stayed at this location (only because there are limited options in the area) for 40 years, and have seen the premises under different management, Baymont, Executive, Holiday Inn, Marriot, etc. This is the first I have seen staff mingling with guests-OUTRAGEOUS! The staff, trucking, and construction worker wore their work clothes in the food area, and it's hard to believe they did not spread germs. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the shower had good pressure. The Staff cleaned well, but the carpet is filthy and needs to be changed or eliminated with another floor option. We wore socks and changed them when we got in bed. The sheets looked ok although I went to Walmart and brought febreeze and sanitizers for the room. I agree with another viewer, that the towels had stains and should be thrown out or cleaned better. The staff overall was friendly but didn't like the casual demeanor and room being cleaned at 4pm or 5pm.
