The entire hotel, including the room, was very hot. The room ac blew warm air no matter what i did. Wouldn't stay here again.

I was really impressed with how modern this hotel was. It had features and amenities that much larger hotels don't even have. Loved my stay here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

We were very pleased with our 1 night stay. We were attending a wedding and needed to check in early to get ready. HIE accommodated us as requested and gave us a quiet room also as we requested. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean and nice. Would stay again!

The property was clean and conveniently located. The room was nice etc. My problem was that I wasn't issued a keycard. When I checked in I was told by the attendant that their key card programmer was not working and I would have to be escorted to my room and then a working key would be slipped under the door when they had fixed the problem - which of course never happened. This was a very inconvenient issue, for several reasons. Upon checking out, there was no one at the front desk, even after ringing the bell and I didn't have time to wait. No apology or any communication for that matter was offered. I won't be bothering this establishment with my money ever again.

This place was wonderful compared to the Marriotts and Hyatt we stayed at on this trip. Room was spacious and clean. There was hot water and nice towels. The best coffee I've had at a hotel in a long time. Food was fresh also. I'll be booking Holiday Inns from here out

It was terrible. The first room we were given had a filthy disgusting toilet full of feces that had not been flushed and quite obviously not cleaned….. the second room had splashed feces on the wall beside the toilet and a dirty towel still on the sink. Obviously no inspection happens of the room cleaning. We won’t stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic, super clean hotel and very nice staff! I absolutely would recommend this hotel if you're in the area!

Our stay was good. The staff was very nice and attentive. The property as a whole was clean and in an area that is is convenient for food and shopping. There were a few things that need work. My pillow case was not clean and the bed looked like it wasn’t really made. The bathroom sink drain is very slow and the water pressure in the shower isn’t strong. Once those things are fixed it will be perfect.

Our room air conditioner was broken! The unit was making terrible noises when we walked i. The room but thought we could live with it. We turned it down a little to cool the room off only to find it was still blowing warm air! At 1 am, I called down to the front desk to be informed they were at “full capacity “ and could can move rooms. Our thermostat was reading 77! The man did offer a fan if he could find one, which was given to us but did not help. While checking out, I told the lady at the front desk who said she was not aware of any issues! The parking lot only had about 15-20 cars! How is that full capacity?? We will not stay here again!
