We stayed as a family of 3 (child aged 11) for 8 nights. This was our first stay at this hotel and this area of Ibiza. The hotel was clean and tidy. The splash pool looked great, but my son is a bit big to actually use it, but looked super fun. The main pool was great, never had an Issue getting a lounger. My son’s feet did bleed due to salt in the pool but it didn’t put him off! The restaurant was good, a lot of choice, strange combinations at times and the food did tend to be luke warm at best, although many other all inclusive restaurants I have visited have been the same, and this wouldn’t put me off a revisit. The pool bar is great and open right through the day. The hot dogs, burgers and chips etc you can order here were good if you didn’t want the restaurant food, although this is understaffed and the man working on here struggles - you could wait 30 minutes for a burger if he was under pressure. The staff were all great and really work hard. Entertainment was ok, daytime and evening things going on, all a bit samey, but it was better than I expected from prior reviews. There was also an adult only pool that looked amazing but we were with our son so no go unfortunately! The hotel also run a guided tour of the cave which is worth a visit too. The rooms were a generous size, we had a room with a bedroom and sofa bed in the living room, a table, digital TV and a bathroom with decent shower. There was a microwave and kettle in the room. We didn’t use the microwave, but there were no plates or cutlery anyway so not too sure what you could use it for. The kettle was handy and there are mugs provided. There is no sink in the kitchenette though, so we had to wash mugs in the bathroom sink. The towels were changed and room cleaned daily. There is a safe in the room that you pay €2 a night to use, plus a refundable deposit. There are no locks on the balcony doors, which was fine for us but would be problematic when my son was younger. The bathroom had no lock on the door and that was a bit awkward. The location of the hotel was fantastic, lovely quiet area, which suited us. A beach with a few restaurants and supermarkets and souvenir shops around. The beach had loungers €8 to hire for the day and umbrellas €8 also. There were water-based activities you could pay for on the beach, canoeing, pedalo hire (€20 per hour), paddle boarding etc. The water was lovely and warmer than the hotel pool. We wanted a very relaxed holiday so didn’t venture far from the hotel really, but there was a bus stop and taxi rank just outside the hotel. There is also a car hire centre on the same road and a shop that sells excursions. There are a couple of small play parks and a mini golf course on the road of the hotel too, so there are a few things to do close by. All in all it is a fab place that we would happily return to, just a few small tweaks would make it even better!
