美しいホテル。大きなアパートメント、ロスアブリゴスまで徒歩15分という素晴らしいロケーション。ショップやレストランで近く。プール、バー、スポーツエリアはとても素敵でした。

If you're a wheelchair user, please make sure to let the hotel know with plenty of notice. I use a wheelchair that doesn't fold and I couldn't get into my room without taking the wheels off as there's a wardrobe immediately as you enter the room. Fortunately, I am able to walk and only use my chair for longer distances.l, but for others, this could be a real issue. We stayed in that room for one night and they were happy enough to swap me into a different room in the morning. That first night was awful. There were concerning dips in the floor and the noise from being next to the ocean was so loud, plus the wind rattles the windows, it sounded like I was lost at sea. The receptionist was lovely and upgraded us to a family room, no issues, though I hope for the sake of others that there are double rooms available that are more accessible, not just family rooms. The family room was luckily on the other side, so it was totally silent. The breakfasts were quite stale and the milk for the cereal was warm so stuck with the crepes every morning. We did have dinner here one evening but unfortunately, when I got to the dessert stand, there was a cockroach crawling on the food. They were very apologetic and gave both of us a glass of wine as an apology, but then still had to pay full price on the meals. Fortunately, we did bring an extension cord as there weren't many sockets and not all of them even worked. There were no ceiling lights, just plug in lamps, which made it quite dim at night. The pool is barely heated but it takes a few seconds for your body to acclimatise. The mattress is quite firm and I found the pillows were far too high. Also beware that the hotel is on a VERY steep hill. Luckily, I can actually walk quite well in hot weather but I was definitely out of breath when I got from the bottom of the hill to the hotel. The WiFi is awful and I ended up just using my data. The zoo is well worth visiting though and it's a very short distance away. As you come into the hotel, it's got a huge lovely lobby which was lovely to sit in, so it really surprised me how poor everything else was. I have no ill intentions and the staff were lovely but I have to be honest.

3年目にまた戻ってきたばかりで、来年は間違いなく戻ってきます。私たちはこのホテルが大好きです。お金の素晴らしい価値、素晴らしいプールエリア、プールバー、ホットタブが大好きです。フレンドリーなトカゲにさよならを言うのはいつも悲しいです。客室は素晴らしく、エアコン、優れた防音、ブラックアウトブラインドがあります。スタッフ全員が素晴らしいです。私たちは最終日に家に帰りたくないです。

非常にきれいな宿泊施設。アパートには必要なものがすべて揃っています。テラスは広く、私の意見では非常に重要です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。特に価格と提供されるサービスの比率を考えると、本当にお勧めの宿泊施設です。

アパートにはバルコニーとテーブル、テーブル、キッチンのすべてが快適に配置された非常に快適な部屋があります。家事はほとんど毎日行われます。レセプションルームを含む非常に清潔で非常に良い人。 私たちは階下のレストランの隣にいたので、夜は少し音がしましたが、隣でアニメーションを楽しんでいました。場所はとても良く、近くの通りを散歩したり、車は5分間外に駐車したりできます。 スタッフはまた、行く方法を説明しました... ここに来てくれて嬉しい

I stayed in this hotel for 10 days in mid September with my siblings, my parents, my partner and my toddler. Upon arriving late in the evening we were very grateful to see how spacious, clean and comfortable the rooms are. We slept really well. The one thing to note is that all the beds are singles pushed together which can be an issue if you like to cuddle with your partner to sleep as the beds kept moving apart, but they were very comfortable and we slept well. The rooms are all air conditioned which is very welcome on stickier days. We stayed in a room with a sea view and it was really wonderful to wake up to the view every morning. In the evening there is live music at the bars outside which can be a little loud - if you like to sleep early I recommend ear plugs - however all the music stops by 11pm and we enjoyed many an evening sitting on the balcony and enjoying the music below. I think it's worth noting that if you do have any issues the hotel is very quick to respond. On our first night we noted that the lock on the door did not work, and the seal on the door of the shower was missing. Within half an hour the hotel maintenance had come up to the room to rectify the issues, and they did so quickly. The hotel has WiFi which can be a little patchy at certain times of the day when it is lost used but is otherwise reliable. There is a TV in the rooms with a good selection of channels - I will note that the English channels didn't work and did need reprogramming but it wasn't an issue as as we didn't have time to watch TV anyway! There is a mini fridge in each room which is very handy. There is a charge of €2 a day for personal use which really isn't bad at all. The selection of food available at the hotel is really wonderful. Every night there is a different theme. My favourites were Spanish and canarian nights. But there is so much on offer you should find something for even the pickiest of eaters. Every member of staff working in the restaurant was so friendly and lovely. As there were 7 of us travelling together they reserved a table for us each morning and evening so that we didn't have trouble to eat together. I will however note that one particular member of staff didn't appear to want to accommodate this - a woman with dark hair, glasses and waistcoat and green tie (different levels of staff wore slightly different uniform) for some reason whenever this particular lady was on staff she would remove our reservation. Initially we thought this was a mistake but it happened like clockwork on her shifts and never happened when she wasn't in. I'm not sure why she took issue with our group. She was also quite rude to me one day when I was trying to go to our usual table (which had been dressed for breakfast already) to retrieve the high chair for my son. I tried to explain to her several times I was just going to get the chair but she didn't seem to understand and was insisting on directing me to another area of the restaurant. The re

Food – we were half board and the food was always of good quality and variety. There was catering enough for people with more adventurous tastebuds as well as more beige ones too. The restaurant was lovely itself as was the rest of the hotel, very well maintained and always being cleaned by the staff. At breakfast you can sit on the terrace looking out over the Atlantic which is an incredible way to start the day! We did have an instance of one particularly grumpy waiter though this was an exception not a rule. Room – the room was very big and we had ample space for everything and was very homely. The bed was very big (not overly comfy though it did the job – 7/10), and the sofa/living space was very comfortable. The private balcony was a great feature, and we often left the sliding doors open overnight to let air in and to hear the sound of the Atlantic as white noise. The bathroom was plenty big enough, and the colourful shower was a nice touch! The wardrobe was also more than big enough which was a nice surprise! Cleanliness – everywhere around the hotel was immaculately presented, I believe the hotel was renovated a few years ago but everything just appears to be really well kept and maintained as we always saw staff cleaning and maintaining throughout the day. Genuinely one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in and contributed to a wonderful holiday, especially as we did spend a large amount of time in and around the hotel. The area surrounding the hotel was nice too, one of the nearby hotels was a bit louder with music etc in their pool area, though wasn’t really noticeable from the hotel/our room. Vibe – the overall aesthetic of the hotel was a very pleasant and vibrant atmosphere to be in, in the pool area and on the rooftop bar there was always music and lots of comfortable seating with umbrellas to get out of the sun if you want to. A really nice hotel which we would absolutely love to come back to and would definitely look to stay in a Macaronesian Hotel elsewhere in the Canaries if they are all of this standard!

Um 15 Uhr am Hotel angekommen und die Rezeption war geschlossen. Eine Notiz mit einer Notfall Telefonnummer an der Tür. Neue Gäste sind also ein Notfall! Eine glatte Unverschämtheit gegenüber dem Gast. Sowas geht garnicht und habe ich in meinem ganzen Leben noch nie erlebt. Wir hatten ja gebucht und man wusste das wir kommen. Außerdem stand in der Beschreibung das die Rezeption bis 21 Uhr besetzt ist. Später haben wir festgestellt das oft jemand da war wenn Spanier außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten einscheckten. Nach telefonieren mit der Reiseleitung konnten wir eine Stunde später ins Zimmer. Check in erst ab 13 Uhr möglich, aber um 14 Uhr geht das Personal nach Hause. Also nur eine Stunde Zeit um einzuchecken, genau zwischen 13 und 14 Uhr. Check out ist übrigens 11 Uhr und wer später abgeholt wird muss im freien auf seinen Transfer warten. Die Anlage nennt sich Hotel ist aber nur eine Appartement Anlage, denn es gibt nicht mal ein Restaurant und dann noch die beschränkte Zeit zum einchecken. Im Zimmer war dann der Fußboden nicht gewischt und meine Frau fegte ein Kehrblech mit Sand und Flusen zusammen. Ingesamt muss man aber sagen das die Zimmer immer gereinigt wurden. Die Küchenzeile ist groß, mit vielen leeren Schränken, da äußerst sparsam bestückt. Nur das allernotwendigste an Geschier, sodass Kochen zur Herausforderung wurde. Mini 3 Tassen Kaffeemaschine. Die Apartments sind groß und geräumig. Apartments die man bucht sind nicht die, die man auf den Fotos sieht, denn die günstigen Zimmer sind alle im Untergeschoß und haben keinerlei Aussicht. Ich wollte ein Stockwerk höher ziehen. Sonst exakt das gleiche Apartment über meinem Apartment, nur ein Stockwerk höher. Aber für 550€ Aufpreis die man haben wollte war mir das doch zu teuer. Der Pool erscheint auf den Fotos riesig, ist aber in Wirklichkeit recht klein. Zumal die Hälfte gerade mal einen halben Meter tief ist. 6 harte Plastikliegen ohne Auflage gibt es am Pool. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool. Das WLAN ist aus der Steinzeit und eine einzige Katastrophe. Mal geht es 5 Minuten so einigermaßen, aber meistens funktioniert es nicht. Sowas als Internetzugang zu bezeichnen ist eine Frechheit. Wenn man das reklamiert, wird sich rausgeredet und man verweist auf schlechtes Internet an dem man nicht schuld ist. Es kommt aber oft garkeine WLAN Verbindung zustande. Wenn ich gewusst hätte das das Hotel keinen Internet Zugang hat, hätte ich es nicht gebucht. Unser Fazit ist, der Gast ist hier ein notwendiges Übel, das man ertragen muss um Geld zu verdienen. Das Putzpersonal und auch die Dame an der Rezeption waren schon freundlich und hilfsbereit.
