サンハ プラス ホテル(Sanha Plus Hotel)

Super excellent service on all the place. All the personal are so great and helpful on everything. The chef, restaurant service are so great. I don’t have enough words to describe the excellent all the people are including transportation to the places with out envy extra charge. I will be really like to ask the people staying at this place to leave TIPS for the employees because is not charging on the buffet service provide to the guests. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO ALL

Helpful, professional team with a big smile

It was a lower price option but I had a great stay. There is a very nice pool. A little far from the beach but it is really easy to catch a cheap taxi, there is a taxi stand right at the entrance to the property.

Breakfast was not good . Hotel staff control your meals even with buffet. If you pick one empanada you can’t pick other . Location : too noisy and don’t close from the beaches . Far away from Centro histórico Santa Marta

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. We arrived on July 22. It should be said that we arrived at noon and they gave us the room before 3:00 p.m., which is the time to check in. We had reserved a double room, but there were only 2 of us. We asked him. the girl at the front desk could not change them and told us that the hotel was practically empty.. the employees are spoiled they look dirty and run down they don't have the slightest idea what service is they look upset frustrated all the time at breakfast the employees treat you rudely without politeness the food is lousy it's cold they serve you little as if if the food was rationed or counted if you ask for a little more they tell you no the attitude of the employees is super bad and unprofessional The pool is dirty and is not properly maintained. that hotel is useless never never go to that hotel they throw away your money

Simple clean hotel nice pool Didn't like the bed

casi todo bueno, lo malo fue la musica a todo volumen el domingo en horas tempranas de la mañana proveniente de la casa de al lado. El hotel deberia exigir bajar volumenes y si no se cumple utilizar los medios legales disponibles para su cumplimiento. Esto perjudica el descanso de los huespedes y peor un domingo

Esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido. Llegamos el 22 de julio. Cabe decir que llegamos al mediodía y nos dieron la habitación antes de las 15:00h, que es la hora de hacer el check in. Habíamos reservado una habitación doble, pero éramos solo 2. Le preguntamos. la chica de recepción no podía cambiarlos y nos dijo que el hotel estaba prácticamente vacío.. los empleados son mimados se ven sucios y descuidados no tienen la menor idea de que servicio se ven molestos frustrados todo el tiempo en el desayuno los empleados te tratan groseramente sin educacion la comida es pésima hace frio te sirven poco como si la comida estaba racionada o contada si pides un poco mas te dicen que no la actitud de los empleados es super mala y poco profesional La piscina está sucia y no se mantiene adecuadamente. ese hotel no sirve para nada nunca nunca vayas a ese hotel tiran tu dinero
