パイレーツ ビレッジ(Pirates Village)

We were all inclusive, worth it for the drinks alone! This place is excellent for families especially those with younger kids ours being 11, 7 + 7. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. Our room (suite) was great (we found out it was the concept room for the hotel, so not sure how many were like this) we had built in bunk beds that they had to climb the ladder on the wall to get into, the bottom bunk had steps and a slide at the bottom. sliding doors to close off the rooms, the bathroom was set in the middle of the room between the bedrooms the only cons for the room was the sinks look like they were going to fall if the kids lent on them (they just need to put a couple of brackets underneath to hold them up securely, and the shower leaks water like there's no tomorrow when your taking a shower so we were needing fresh towels everyday as we were having to mop the floors with them after we had used them, not an issue asking for clean towels there are 2 days a week your rooms don't get cleaned but you can get them from reception which was practically outside our room. the room supplies handwash and shower gel. The giant bed is at the back of the room this section has wardrobe, TV, kettle and cutlery facilities and leads out onto the small garden area and the pool (very handy). Entertainment - there is a kids mini disco before the night show which was full of little kids like 4, 5 year olds so my eldest felt too old to be up there but my 7 yr olds liked it, the night shows were great some very random but you got it and it was funny they put small chairs out for the kids to sit at the front and watch, adults will sit and stand right in front of you without a care that you now can't see anything but the back of their head, they get kids and adults involved, the kids get to take part in a talent show one day and my girls got involved in their disney show a few days later, the only day nothing is on is Wednesday and we used that day to take a day trip. shows finish around 9.30pm and the bar stays open till 11pm the kids played on the grass after the shows and made friends with other kids during this time, if you do go make sure you stay in the hotel on the Sunday day time for their pirate attack show. Kids club is on everyday 10am - 5pm my girls went for 1 hour twice, 1 day to do just dance (but they never put it on for some reason) and the 2nd time for the disney rehearsal. The pools are fantastic, there are 2 sections 1 shallow water that does lead to being a bit deeper this pool has the slides, the other pool has 3 sections within it 1 shallow for babies/toddlers or just dipping yr feet, the 2nd for younger kids 1.2 meters (I'm sure) and then the 3rd was the main pool that starts off 1.20 meters but gets deeper to 2.00 meters, the kids can jump off the rock into the pool here. The water is absolutely freezing and takes a moment to get used too but once you are in its enjoyable, I have one daughter that feels the cold too much and

Honest review, we arrived and got checked in but had to wait 4 hours for our room, upon getting our room we had a few problems they were sorted out that day but we weren’t given much sympathy so I think it happens often. We weren’t given the times for meals when arriving so we had to ask, we were told to go for a swim but didn’t fancy getting changed in reception. The pool is great, but there are sun-bed wars ! People put their towels out at silly o’clock every morning. People also vape and smoke around the pool even though it’s not allowed. Food was really nice and the restaurant staff very friendly we had lots of choice. All inclusive doesn’t include many drinks which is a shame beer or wine or ice cream and snack bar limited. The pirates are very full on for younger children this put my child off for the rest of the holiday. They don’t walk around through the day as you’re led to believe - which my son was happy about! All rooms face the pool, they are basic but ok, they could really do with a bit of tlc.. over all we had a nice trip we made the most of the bus service to palma and beyond. We also had a lovely meal down the road from the hotel, the beach is a short walk too. Personally it wasn’t for us and we sadly won’t be returning to pirates village, it would be great with a few changes and updated rooms and a bit more for kids to do through the day.

On arrival the lack of welcome or friendliness was little to be desired, rooms were clean, beds were comfy, however there was a lack of utensils/catering equipment for self catering. Food in the hotel bar was nice, pool wasn’t open until around 10 and closed from 5pm, bed lounges also locked for 6, (I’m not sure if this is always the case of if it was due to the month we went) evening entertainment was good, ended for around 9pm, the pirates were very full on and a bit scary, none of my kids liked them and tried to avoid contact,

A truly good experience, 3 generations in one family. Beautifully clean, friendly staff, food was incredible a really good choice which changed every day. Could not fault anything except the late opening and early closing of the pool. 10 til 6. Loads for children to keep entertained, well worth a visit

Was self catering. Apar**ent overlooking pool. Could do with a few more pans but plenty of cutlery, plates etc. Supermarket was 10 min walk. We didn't eat in Pirate village so not sure what food was like. Bed was comfortable and massive. Very pleased with apar**ent. Entertainment was spot on and kids and indeed us were kept entertained. Pool areas were clean. Unfortunately we had rain for 3 days.

Hotel was amazing we just went self catering. Apar**ents were a good size and the bed in the bedroom was massive. Pool area fantastic. The entertainment for both adults and kids was absolutely brilliant. All our kids in our group loved the hotel we will definitely be back.

This was our 4th visit the kids love coming here we can’t recommend this place enough. It’s such a chilled out experience the staff are amazing nothing is to much trouble. Highly recommend booking and spending a week at this wonderful hotel ideal for families with kids of all ages.

Basic hotel but does what it says on the tin and provides what you need. I know it’s a family and child friendly a hotel but when you’re trying to walk across to the lift and there’s a constant array of children kicking footballs constantly the. The hotel need to action.

The place is an ok hotel , hasn’t changed in years but still ticks the right boxes. Rooms could do with been freshened up a bit but the hotel is budget friendly and matches the price.weve been coming for years now and prob will come back again. Entertainment is great for kids and food is ok
