Recently stayed at this beautiful hotel for 4 nights (16th to 19th January) in a fabulous location overlooking the beach and surrounding area of Puerto de la Cruz. We booked a Superior Room with Sea View and were not disappointed. Fabulous views from our balcony. Very welcoming staff on Reception, beautiful well maintained grounds, beautiful roof top pool area with adjoining Restaurant. First class food great quality in Restaurant and buffet breakfast (absolutely everything you could ask for and so fresh) locally produced. Rooftop Restaurant for lunch was fabulous. Menus extensive and all cooked fresh. Restaurant Staff Exceptional, courteous and friendly. Plenty of room around the pool, and no-one getting up early to bag a bed. Top Class Hotel and Staff. Just one minor point to make and this is not a criticism, we would like tea/coffee making facilities in the room. It's just our personal preference to get up early in the morning and sit on the beautiful balcony watching the world go buy listening to the waves crash with a cup of tea or coffee before going down to the fabulous breakfast buffet. We went to the Best Semiramis between 15th and 22nd July and we were on the 5th floor. The views from the balcony are amazing. I was a bit apprehensive about coming to the hotel after reading the negative reviews but I found them ( in my opinion) to be unfounded. The staff work incredibly hard and never stop. From the reception to the cleaners and the restaurant/bar staff they were always friendly and greeted you every time they saw you. The food is absolutely amazing and you'd have to be incredibly picky not to find something you liked, even in the morning there is a section that has lactose free and soya milk for you to have with your breakfast - I’ve never seen that in any hotel I’ve been too. The lunches and evening meals were superb with the waiters bringing the drinks to your table and replenishing them when asked. Even the pool restaurant was really nice, again with waiters bringing the freshly cooked meals to your table. Liked that they didn’t open the pool area until after 9:30am to stop the sun beds being taken by people that don’t use them. The reason I dropped one star is for a few little things that doesn’t really impact on your holiday but these are only again my opinion, when guests first arrive at the hotel and it’s after 11pm then I think they should put food aside for those guests - even if it’s only ham & cheese bread rolls which could be at the pool bar - we (5 of us) shared a cup of salted peanuts so we couldn’t wait for breakfast the following morning. There’s no ventilation in the bathroom so it gets very steamy when you use the shower, the entertainment isn’t five star (hotel rating) but they did their best, we ended up going to the reception bar which was great, you never waited long to give your order in which was then brought to your table. Lastly is that there’s no courtesy bus to take you into town. Yes, there’s lots of taxis but if you go most days into Puerto de la Cruz then it could prove expensive as it was over €11 return. But to summarise it all, it was a lovely enjoyable week that has staff the hotel should be proud of. Just wish the weather was too but that’s no fault of the hotel but being in North Tenerife.

Pros: + Convenient location. + Excellent views of Mount Teide and the ocean (dependent on the side you stay). + Friendly staff. + Lovely balcony. Cons: + Rooms not very well cleaned. Noticed stains on my bed, and these stains remained for the duration of stay (4 nights, 5 days), meaning the sheets have not been changed. + Towels were changed every two days, but the quality of the towels were poor. Specifically, the towels had several holes (some quite large). + Utensils in the kitchen were not very clean. + Sunbathing chairs on the balcony were sandy. Neutral: + Breakfast was quite average (neither good nor bad).

ホテルで楽しい時間を過ごしました。部屋は広としていて、毎日掃除されました。毎日交換されたタオルがたくさん。特にレセプションで、あなたと一緒に考えたフレンドリーな従業員。場所は素晴らしいです、テラス、大通り、海に近い。メルドーナスーパーマーケットの向かい。ホテル周辺には駐車スペースがほとんどありませんでした。マルティネス中心部の駐車場に、ホテルの向かいに車を駐車できてとてもよかったです。 14日前に50ユーロを支払いました。間違いなく戻る場所です。

2024年4月。 「私たちは2人とも休暇でここに来るのは2回目です。あまり変わっていませんが、新しいスタッフもいますし、1年半後の前回の旅行で私たちを思い出してくれたスタッフもいます。みんなとてもフレンドリーで親切です。私たちはまたプリビレッジを選びました。ゆったりとくつろげるのは気持ちがいいからです。天気は最高ですが、ある日雨が降りました。マネージャーも雨のことを謝罪してくれました。プールサイドには障害者用リフトがあり、時代の流れに遅れずにいられるのは素晴らしいことです。また、私たちのニーズに常に気を配ってくれたスタッフのヴィンセンテにも感謝したいと思います。彼は前回会ったときと同じくらい親切でした。ここは滞在してリラックスしたり、仕事や落ち込むすべてのものから離れてリラックスしたりするのに最適な場所です。私たちは2人ともまた来るつもりですが、まずはジャマイカのH10オーシャンを試してみようと思います。」私たちの休暇を特別なものにしてくれたすべてのスタッフに感謝します。また、私たちはまだ2日間ここにいます。

The.hotel is by far past its sell by date, in need of some tlc & injection of funds to bring it up to 4* standard. The location is brilliant, staff are wonderful & very friendly. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy & have a fridge & safe, 20 euros a week plus deposit, a little steep in my opinion.. in general everything is aimed for the spanish, which is fair enough afterall you are in spain however we are used to the south of the island so don't come here expecting entertainment all day long, cheap 3 course meals, loud music & sandy beaches. Pool area is just ok although apart from robotic cleaner we haven't seen it cleaned once in the surrounding pool area. Gardens however are kept immaculate.We found the whole resort to be very quiet, meals all the same in practically every restaurant as they are all owned & run by the same few companies. Food in the hotel is not to our liking, breakfast ok but lunch & dinner we are struggling, its chips burgers & hotdog sausage, fish everyday loads of salad but only a couple of choices of meat although chicken or pork is cooked fresh on the grill, just.nothing to go with it except canarian potatoes or chips. Obligatory pasta & sauce, paella & a few dessert cakes, fruit & and ice cream. Drinks are quite expensive in hotel, we found cheaper to drink outside locally. Entertainment starts at 10pm far too late as boredom kicks in waiting,, again, its dire for the English although again we are used to the south with tribute groups & varied acts. It's a relaxed resort which others love but it's not for us. Hotel overall is great if you just want a clean comfy place to relax & do nothing but for a fortnight for us, its getting quite tiresome.

I have just been on my first solo trip and I chose this hotel to stay at. I didn’t find the reception team overly helpful. When I checked in, I wasn’t given any information at all about the location of the restaurant for breakfast or the opening and closing times. I also wasn’t given any information on where the pool was, the operating times, towels etc. I asked if I could have a room with a sea view, but I was told I couldn’t with no reason why. I was willing to pay the additional, but it was a flat out no. On the few times I had any questions, the lady on reception didn’t stop what she was doing on her computer, she spoke to me whilst she continued working so I felt like a bit of a nuisance to her. The pool areas are spacious and have plenty of sun beds. It was quite empty when I used the pool and I can only imagine the reason for that is the sun beds are very uncomfortable. You can’t seat them up, you can only lay on them. A few times I took my pillows up so I could try and sit up and read my book. The pool by the bar is a lovely temperature, but the pool on the other side is freezing. The pool staff were very friendly and they served a good club sandwich. I paid for bed and breakfast, but only ate their breakfast once. The food way okay, but wasn’t very hot and not much variety. My room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was quite hard which I’m not used to, but I actually slept very well. My room faced the main road which was a little noisy at times, but it didn’t disturb me too much. The location was brilliant. It’s in a central location and I was able to walk everywhere. As a solo traveler, I felt safe here.

4月初旬にラ·カラベラホテルでとても楽しい一週間を過ごせました。朝食ビュッフェは驚くほど多様でした。特に果物や野菜、例えばオーブン焼きのリンゴ、揚げバナナ、オーベルジュとクーゲット、サラダの葉、甘いケーキを大切にしました。部屋の掃除やベッドの作りがとても素晴らしく、よく行われていたので、夕方にはきれいな部屋に戻るのが素敵でした(ただしベッドの下には週に1回言う必要もあるかもしれません)。露天プールは使用されていませんでしたが、カバーされたプールで数回泳ぐのを楽しんだので、雨が降ればもちろんとても便利です。日中と夜の両方で、テイデに向かってバルコニーからの景色は息をのむものでした。ホテルの屋上テラスからの眺めもとても印象的で、そのエリアはもっと利用する価値があるでしょう。こことそこの修理作業(バルコニーとバスルームのドアのロック、シャワーハンドル)が必要でしたが、ホテル内の全体的な感じはきちんとしていて気持ちよかったです。隣接する建物は改装中でしたが、工事の騒音が全く私たちを悩ませませんでした。ホテルがあるエリアは素敵に平和ですが、まだ様々なショップやレストランから歩いてすぐのところにあります。また、町の下部、ビーチ、ラゴ·マルティネスまで歩いて、ホテルまで戻るときに、運動量もかなり多く得ました。

3年目にまた戻ってきたばかりで、来年は間違いなく戻ってきます。私たちはこのホテルが大好きです。お金の素晴らしい価値、素晴らしいプールエリア、プールバー、ホットタブが大好きです。フレンドリーなトカゲにさよならを言うのはいつも悲しいです。客室は素晴らしく、エアコン、優れた防音、ブラックアウトブラインドがあります。スタッフ全員が素晴らしいです。私たちは最終日に家に帰りたくないです。
