サント ドミンゴ マリオットホテル ピアンティーニ - ニューホテル

I've stayed at this hotel a few times over the past few months, and thought it's about time I wrote a review. Honestly, this is the best hotel I've stayed at in Santo Domingo, hands down. What really impressed me is the service and how much they care about their guests. I've hopped around different hotels in the city, and I have to say, this place has a level of service that I have not experienced in higher-end hotels in the area even those within the same hotel group or from other big brands. I've stayed here about five times now, and every single time, the service has been spot-on. Whoever's in charge of training and hiring the staff here deserves major credit—the team should teach the staff at other Marriott hotels in the area a thing or two. The rooms are spacious with awesome views, and the breakfast and lounge food are top-notch. It's way better than what I've experienced in similar category hotels nearby. This might not be the type of hotel I usually go for, but the service and the staff's attitude keep me coming back. Big shoutout to the team for doing such a great job.

We were recently visiting this hotel in Santo Domingo with my family. It is located in the modern area of the capital. Brand new hotel with modern facilities throughout the building. A tremendous restaurant with all the typical and international food. A coffee place on the first floor and free parking. Excellent service. The only thing to improve is the wine selection. The person in charge told me that since she was new, they didn't have many yet.
