Firstly room wasnt ready despite we came over 1 hour after check in start. Internet was really bad. Netflix didnt work. There were few blackouts. Personel only pretend they speak english. There wasnt hot water under shower and shower curtain was to short and leaky. Fridge was extremely noise, that we need to turn it off for the night, but it was also full of ice, so in the morning everything was melted and wet. Acustic in room was terrible we heard everything from room in front of and next ours. Breakfast was poor (scrabble eggs were cold, because it was served on normal plate without heating). There wasnt plain bread, only sandwiches with chease and ham, so if you dont eat meat its your problem -.- Never ever again. I was happy we were there only 2 nights.

Convenient for travelers going elsewhere since Caribe Tours it’s steps way form there but need some work in the bathtubs. Overall it’s like a 8/10 can’t complain.

They tried to make it look nice however 1. No window in the room 2. Small bed 3. Bad pillows, more decoration than to sleep 4. Extreme noisy building 5. Airco making a lot of noise 6. No hot water for shower 7. Very little water for shower not enough the shower 8. Very limited choice and quality of breakfast This hotel tries to get good reviews but does not deserve it, the small details and a staff that is instructed to be nice (does not cost anything) does not desguise the fact that this hotel does not have the basics in order and does not care about that. They have only focus on money, and it shows.

Staff made every effort to please their guests. Very multitasked individuals who served selflessly.

Really like the staff. Nice always will to help. Just the noise from the construction work took away from what would a been a very pleasant stay.

The condition of the rooms is not good. I stayed here for 9 days. For the first 8 days I was in room 203 and the water would totally leak out of the shower when I was showering to the point where a large pool of water would form outside of the shower requiring me to put 3-4 towels on the large pool of water and get all of my feet wet in dirty water back into the room. Yuck. There’s also no hot water. It was lukewarm on one day at best and the rest of the days it was cold. I informed the front desk and they said that they didn’t have anymore rooms. Finally on day 9 of my stay I was moved to room 210 where the sink is clogged which is disgusting as one would like to brush their teeth and wash their face etc. The soap dispenser in the shower is also not working in this room. I informed the front desk and they said that they were sorry. However, no concession was offered just an apology for 9 days of discomfort. I did not move to another hotel because I honestly did not have the time due to medical appointments. The property is conveniently located in city center. It’s very easy to get an Uber at anytime of day. Breakfast is not bad, the staff at breakfast is very nice and accommodating. The decor is also nice and the rooms are clean. However, I would not stay here again due to the uncomfortable room conditions and the inability to address issues that arise. Again, the staff is nice and will say they’re sorry but the problem will not be fixed.

They charge for everything even water and there is limited parking onsite They charged for early check in. I arrived 30 mins early and they charged 50 dollars Bad customer service for foreigners

I was impressed with the friendly atmosphere. They were very helpful. My only complaint is that I am a sports fanatic and I was unable to navigate through the tv. Only the night before I left I had someone fixing my problem.

The place was great, and it did look nice. But the bed was extremely uncomfortable, but he served his purpose for the shortest day that I head oh, but definitely recommend and maybe back soon next month.
