ここに問題があります。 チェックイン前に誰も部屋を管理していません。部屋にはコーヒーマシンがありますが、コーヒーやカプセルはなく、チューブが壊れていて汚れがいっぱいでした。 2人でバスローブ1枚。レセプションの電話番号、ルームサービスなど、部屋には指示がありません。ミニバーもありますが、価格はわかりません。ランドリーバッグはありません。 私はコーヒーカプセルを2日間呼びました。また、2日間、誰もチューブを掃除したり修理したりしませんでした。最良の部分は、私が氷が欲しいときに、彼らがあまり持っていないと言ったので、私たちが今持っている氷をあなたに与えることができなかったことです. ホテルのマネージャーは、私たちが経験したことを謝罪していない問題について決して引き返しませんでした。絶対に間違った選択。 しかし、ほとんどのスタッフもとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。彼ら全員に感謝します。少なくとも彼らは何かをしようとしています。

良い。綺麗。クイックチェックイン。美しいプール。ロッキービーチですが、それ以外は素晴らしい滞在です。

誰にでもお勧めできる、忘れられない体験です。ホテルのスタッフはとても気配りがあり、上を行き来しました。今後とも当ホテルをよろしくお願い致します。

La Mer /フレンドリーなスタッフ、清潔な施設（部屋と共用エリア）、おいしい料理、朝食時の無料のミモザでの滞在を楽しみました。ビーチ、ショッピング、レストランからすぐ。 このホテルはまったくがっかりしませんでした。私は島の他の地域よりもカマリ地域に滞在するのが本当に好きでした。混雑は少ないですが、同じ美しい環境です。また、ビーチへのアクセスも抜群です。

プールのある素敵な静かな中庭があるまともなホテル 長所： - スパでの優れたマッサージ サービス。典型的なツーリスト マッサージだけでなく、実際に知識と力を使って病気を治療します。 - 一般的なエリアは良好な状態です - ビーチホテルではありませんが、ビーチに比較的近い場所にあります。 短所： -部屋は多少の摩耗が見られ、清潔さに問題がありました。プライベートジャグジーには、部屋に見せられたときに死んだハエが浮かんでいる汚れた脂っこい水がありました - ACは部屋を涼しく保つのに苦労しています - 飛行機はほぼ真上を飛ぶため、多くの騒音が発生します -他のホテルで見たほど厳格なCOVIDガイドラインではなく、朝食時に手袋は必要なく、マスクの使用はせいぜい制限されていました

Just returned from a week at this lovely boutique style adult only hotel with just 40 rooms. Booked direct with the hotel which was effortless receiving prompt confirmation by email. We were made very welcome on arrival by a very friendly receptionist called Ionna - who was always helpful during our stay! As were all the staff.. the place is spotlessly clean.. we were allocated an executive room on the first floor which was very spacious & had a balcony overlooking one of the lovely pools. Huge comfy bed so slept well during our stay. It’s worth noting that this hotel is located near the airport so you can see & hear the aircraft flying over but it was something we got used to.. Very comfy sun loungers - didn’t have a problem getting a couple each day for a few hours morning or afternoon. Just a short walk from the sea front but in a quiet area away from the hustle & bustle. The promenade has an array of restaurants to suit all budgets & we enjoyed some delicious meals during our stay / the best being Vassilikos!! Breakfast choice was plentiful - varied continental (croissants were delicious) & hot choice on offer - though didn’t seem to always be hot, which was a shame as everything looked delicious! The bus service from Kamari to Fira, just 20 mins away runs regularly €1.60 e/w. From there you can connect to other places on the island quite easily. Would recommend going to Oia another 20 mins from Fira, to see the sunset - which was amazing & the buses run late so you can get back no problem. Had a couple of treatments in the fabulous spa which were very relaxing too & skin felt amazing after! Like to visit different places so don’t often return to the same place but may make an exception here! Thank you La Mer for making our stay so special.. should be very proud of all your fabulous staff!!

We stayed for a week in May 2024, the hotel is great and the staff were exceptional. Our room overlooked the pool and was very comfortable though there was no sign of a kettle as per the website. There is a coffee machine that uses bespoke pods at a cost. The location close to Kamari beach with all its restaurants and shops is perfect though it's also very close to the airport and aircraft noise as they land or take-off maybe an issue though by the end of the week we found ourselves sleeping through the sporadic late late / early morning arrivals. We arranged airport transfers direct with the hotel and these worked seamlessly and I'd recommend these to be arranged prior to travelling. The Manager was friendly and kept a watchful eye over all aspects of the hotel and to his credit got involved to support the staff when moving furniture etc. Special mentions to Lila who met us on arrival and gave us a lovely welcome and highlighted everything about the hotel and places to visit and to 'Denise' (not her real Greek name) who was a ray of sunshine every morning and is a real credit to the hotel - thank you for all kindness and friendliness. The breakfast is great and our room was cleaned every day by cheerful staff. The only thing we'd suggest would be to have the music from the bar turned down during the day so people can enjoy the peace and quiet around the pool. Kamari is a 20 minute bus journey away from Thira/Fira and you have to go to Fira to travel anywhere else like Oia or other places - think of it as a hub and spoke bus service, that said we found Fira to be packed with cruise passengers and Oia we saw via a Sunset catamaran cruise which I'd highly recommend. We felt Kamari was the best place to be, comfortable to walk around, loads of restaurants and shops to suit all tastes and budgets. La Mer Deluxe Hotel and Spa has much to offer given its staff and location!

I don’t know where to start with this amazing hotel! It is absolutely amazing! We arrived around 1am yet the staff that greeted us were still really attentive and really friendly. Check in was fast and we were shown to our room which was spotlessly clean, large with a really comfortable bed, a lovely bathroom and a gorgeous view over one of the two beautiful pools. We were met at breakfast by Panos the hotel manager who asked if everything was ok, I told him that we had a problem with the in-room safe, he had it fixed in minutes! The food at breakfast was lovely, lots of choices and you can eat in or outside. The hotel is absolutely immaculate and nothing is a trouble for the attentive and super friendly staff, from Sara who cleaned our room every day, Sandra and Anastasia on reception, nothing was too much trouble, to Bill our waiter on a morning for breakfast always happy and a huge smile to greet you! Every one an absolute credit to the hotel. The hotel itself is in a perfect position for exploring Kamari and all it has to offer. We plan to visit again as soon as we possibly can. I would highly recommend the La Mer to anyone, you not be disappointed, it’s a fabulous hotel.

Hotel has unique rooms, 3 couples, each room different, spotless and with pool view. Staff extremely helpful in setting up excursions, transportation and recommendations. Location was 50 yds to restraint row and bars. Perfect spot! The buffet breakfast was delicious. Welcomed us with a bottle of wine and desserts. Very clean and safe location, with easy access to a market that sold pretty much anything you may have forgotten.

Just had a week at this lovely hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful. I had booked a standard room which when we arrived late at night we found out to be quite small. I enquired could we upgrade and spoke to the lovely manager the next morning and this was arranged and they split the upgrade cost with us. One drawback with this hotel is that it is right under the flight path and the planes pass by very low and are very noisy.

If you're looking for somewhere peaceful and tranquil then look no further. Had a lovely welcome upon arrival, got shown around and taken to my room which is very clean and has plenty of space. Its a stones throw away from the beach and all the restaurants and bars. The staff here cannot be more helpful enough and are happy to answer all your questions. There was a spa and a gym and the pool is a nice relaxing area. These are the all the good points. the only criticisms: people put towels on their beds very early so be prepared to get up early if you want a spot that's in the sun all day. The breakfast is great and lots of choice, but doesn't stay hot so sometimes the hot food is in fact, cold. You are very close to the airport so planes fly over the hotel all day long and into the night so can be noisy but nothing too crazy. This is billed as a 5* but I think more like a 4*+ as a few things just weren't up to par but still a very lovely boutique style hotel which was very well maintained. I didnt see anyone eating dinner as the menu was limited and wasn't the most inviting decor for dinner and lots of choice elsewhere.

Hotel was a great experience for us, room and service were first class. Spotless rooms and staff attention was second to none. Staff very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Special mention to our cleaner Ida who was worth her weight in gold.

Fantastic hotel with great staff and amenities! Nothing was too much trouble! Arrived late in the evening, was told we had been given a free upgrade. Beautiful, spacious room, however we had chosen a standard room to be on the ground floor by the pool. No problem for the staff- was even asked to view two rooms to choose which we wanted! All staff are highly professional, friendly and attentive. The site staff do an amazing job keeping the rooms and pool areas spotless. If you are around the pool, staff come round with water, fruit and even ice cream! It’s a very calm and relaxing hotel and the layout with the two pools and house-style rooms is just beautiful. Breakfast was great and high quality. Couldn’t fault a thing. Chose this hotel due to short transfer from airport so yes, expect jets overhead, but after the first time , you fail to notice and it certainly didn’t affect sleep! Loved the resort- chose it to have some calm away from the tourist spots. So glad we did - trips to Oia and Fira were easy - beautiful places but so busy!! Great to come back to laidback Kamari! We like to travel and stay in different places but we would certainly consider coming here again. Huge thanks to the whole staff team!!

A lovely adults only hotel, we were there the penultimate week in the season and it was fabulous. We had a ground floor 1 bedroom suite which has a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. Inches from the pool (one of a few), yards from the restaurant and a short walk to the main promenade. I was with a mobility impaired friend so it was absolutely ideal. Breakfast was fine, not a huge choice but we had what we needed. The restaurant wasn’t that inviting but when we did eat there it was lovely, the food was really nice so don’t dismiss it. We had a massage in the spa and it was lovely, reasonably priced too. The staff were lovely and it was a really relaxing break. Only 1 minor whinge - there was a coffee machine in the suite but we didn’t realise until we got the bill that they charged €2 for each tiny coffee pod they replenish! Just saying….
