クロマタ ホテル(Katikies Chromata Santorini - The Leading Hotels of the World)

まさに天国のようでした！ 部屋は素晴らしく、景色は控えめに言っても素晴らしいです。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、どんな質問にもいつも答えてくれました。唯一の欠点は、プールがとても小さく、一度に 8 ～ 10 人しか収容できないことと、プールサイドのスタッフがあまりフレンドリーではなかったことです。その小さなトラブルを除けば、思い出に残る滞在でした。私たちは一生 Katikies ファミリーです！

私たちはサントリーニ島のひどいホテルに必死で対処しながらこのホテルを予約しました。値段は2倍以上でしたが、島の美しさを体験するにはそれだけの価値がありました。私たちの部屋は完璧で、カルデラの景色は息をのむほどでした。コンシェルジュのメアリーは、一日の計画を立て、ランチや島の他の場所への移動を予約してくれました。彼女とスタッフ全員が私たちの滞在を素晴らしいものにしてくれました。

美しい空間、素晴らしいロケーション、素晴らしいサービス

到着時または到着後にいくつかの不満がありました。深夜のルームサービスはなく、冷水は洗顔に十分なほど冷たくなく、ハウスキーピングがルームサービスと重なっていて、少し謎でした。そして、おそらく最もばかばかしいことは、道に石畳の部分があり、D&Gのヒールでは歩きにくいという理由で、私たちを（素晴らしい）レストランに連れて行ったコンシェルジュを責めたことです。 これらの苦情はすべて不当なものでした。すべて私/私たちのせいで、おそらくコロナ禍の年に初めて実際にリラックスしようとしたショックによって引き起こされました。 それでも、マネージャー、コンシェルジュ、ハウスキーピング責任者は見事に対応してくれました。バスルームの水は常に冷たかったですが、サントリーニ島には地下水の供給がないため、冷たくはありませんでした。氷をたくさん入れてもいいですか？私たちの部屋（24号室、プライベートプール、プライベートなヴィラのような雰囲気を強くお勧めします）には、3人以上の家政婦が1日に何度も、私たちが水着から出られなくなるまで、たたまれてしまいました。 最初の夜、深夜のルームサービスがなかったことは、マネージャーがクロマタレストランで無料のディナーを提供してくれたことで、それを補って余りあるものでした。カクテルやワインも含まれます。とても上品で、大騒ぎしません。 クロマタは、サントリーニ島のインスタグラムでよく見かけるホテルです。カルデラの紺碧の景色を背景に、めまいがするような白い階段でセルフィーを撮るために観光客が列をなしています。私はその景色を忘れませんが、ここの経営陣とスタッフの絶対的な優秀さも忘れません。

First off the staff is incredible. Georgia, the manager was very accommodating. We were looking for an upgrade when we arrived and she was able to provide. Here are our pros/cons: Pros: 1. Beautiful views of the Caldera 2. Staff is kind and attentive 3. All drivers were amazing 4. Only 15 min or so walk to town 5. Room 25 had a beautiful view Cons (and the only reason including is because we book so many hotels based on Trip Advisor reviews, we feel we need to let folks know our experience): 1. Stairs. We may have missed it when reviewing the other reviews, but wow. There are a lot of narrow stairs 2. Again…stairs (so nobody misses this) Not only a lot of narrow stairs, but also very steep. 3. Lack of privacy. In some cases as we climbed to the top, we would see people in their rooms and or porch areas. You are so close to other people’s rooms that it felt a bit invasive 4. For a $1.5k+ room/night the mini bar was not restocked daily (no worries, you just have to ask) 5. Rooms. Our original room was very small, not private at all and shared an AC unit with the neighboring room. Meaning, if they had the AC set to either heat or cold, our room would would have to follow theirs. My husband and I are struggling if we should post this or not, because again the staff and views are amazing. Just wanted to communicate our experience.

An absolutely flawless experience! We had an amazing time, from the moment we were picked up from the port until we were dropped off at the airport, every moment of the guest experience is magnificent. Our arrival and check-in was ver friendly and efficient. The delicious bottle rose on arrival was a master move. Our room was absolutely divine, the pool amazing, the views from the pool and terrace fairytale worthy. Housekeeping and laundry are worthy of praise, room service is excellent and the breakfast is fantastic. All the staff is so friendly and personable, you will never want to leave. Our degustation menu dinner at the restaurant was also outstanding, a hotel restaurant extraordinaire. The hotel also arranged a special birthday treat for my partner, a lovely cake and a terrific bottle of wine delivered to our room on the day while we were out, a delightful surprise, and then we were gifted another bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary! The delights and surprises just kept coming throughout our stay. This has been definitely one of the top holiday experiences of our lives, and the hotel and all its staff should be very proud for the amazing over and above standards and guest services it maintains. 5 stars are just not enough to convey how good this hotel is …

From pre-arrival planning until the moment you set foot in the airport to leave, Katikies Chromata staff work to ensure your vacation experience is the incomparable standard for what a luxury hotel can provide. We were fortunate to reserve the villa, which exceeded expectations in comfort, functionality and ability to remain connected to the broader hotel. Large private lounge space and pool were a key reason we chose the villa option. Whether it’s through WhatsApp, personal visits or the phone, staff took care of all requests; breakfast, lunch, drinks, bedding, etc. Always attentive, highly professional and friendly. Stella and her concierge team are next level. Arranging meal reservations, a wine event at their sister hotel, private boat through Katikies club all with personal service and consideration. In every event someone checked in personally to make sure the experience was enjoyable and up to standards. Private Transportation to island destinations was always available, and really appreciated their use of an EV fleet for comfort and carbon neutrality. Hotel location is excellent for those that want to walk and explore of stay put and relax. Hotel pool while small is as expected for Santorini properties on Caldera side, and nicely situated with bar and restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
