Good hotel but very very small rooms Very expensive , too expensive

The views from On The Rocks are absolutely stunning. It was definitely worth upgrading to a superior room for the more spacious balcony. It was warm enough to sunbathe even though it was only early April. You have breakfast brought up to your room each morning which is amazing. My facial in the spa was lovely and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our phone not working and this was dealt with very quickly. Obviously there are lots of steps here and the bar/restaurant area is quite small. This means if you have a late flight the facilities here are a bit limited once you have checked out of your room (we were unable to get a late checkout). This was the only minor drawback but just something to be mindful of. Imerovigli is also a great place to stay in Santorini. We got the spectacular scenery but without the crowds of Oia. There are several restaurants nearby so plenty of options for eating out even at the start of the season. We had a wonderful stay. 100% recommended!

As this was mine and my girlfriends first holiday together, we have well and truly outdone ourselves with this hotel and loation and it will truly be hard to beat it anytime soon. The view is simply stunning, images can never do it justice until you arrive. All the staff are amazing, from the Receptionists to the Bellboys to the Caretakers, so so helpful, kind, welcoming and positive, setting a great atmosphere around the hotel. For the price we paid and occasion we found ourselves on, it seemed a bargain and somewhere we should of stayed on a honeymoon... Just be prepared for the steps up and down, as it is not for everybodys comfot.

Amazing amazing amazing! Really worth the visit the views are spectacular. Some staff need cheering up but others were so lovely! The reception staff arranged everything for us, taxis, suitcases to be taken up to the Main Street and quad bikes. Really enjoyed our stay, food was unreal and would love to visit again!

Hotel double billed me for my entire 6 night stay and refused to give me my money back. Additionally they refused to give me the room type I purchased , a Caldera Suite without an hot tub and instead stuck me with multiple rooms with non functioning hot tubs and serious maintenance issues that were a health hazard.

On the Rocks double billed me for the same hotel reservation in Santorini Greece. I've already paid 3K for the reservation via ******* and would like a refund for the additional $2400 that you are trying to bill me for that same reservation.

This was the second time staying at this hotel over the past 5 years. In my opinion, Imerovigli is perfectly situated between the main city of Fira and Oia on the main island's tip. Like other hotels in the area it is facing the caldera with stunning views. However, there are many steps going down the side from street level, to reception, the pool, restaurant, and sun decks. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They also offer a transfer service from the port to the hotel which I would strongly suggest you use. They met us at the ferry from Athens and assisted with baggage and transfer. They were also available during our stay to take us to other sites on the island. The restaurant/ bar has a great menu with many options, all of which were delicious along with a great selection of cocktails and non- alcoholic drinks. One thing that has improved from the last time was the breakfast selection menu. Breakfast is delivered to your room each morning and you may enjoy this with an incredible view. The room was quite spacious, the beds comfortable and the service was fantastic. One other bonus is their collaboration with Hyatt hotels.

Lovely hotel. Great location. 25 min walk to Fira. Lots of stairs (130 stairs from our room to exit the hotel)! Well appointed rooms. Ate at hotel once , which was a bit disappointing but there are a lot of excellent restaurants on the island, so always somewhere good to eat. Exceptional hotel staff, particularly Spiros and Natalie. So warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The pool was a little cold but the weather was not at its best during our week, otherwise it would be fine. Amazing breakfast delivered to our terrace every morning. Very happy with our stay at On the Rocks
