Excellent for a family stay, a bit away from Sanya bay, so not so crowded. The swimming pool and garden are beautiful and easy access to the beach (unfortunately it's forbidden to swim in the sea in this area). Room was big and clean. The breakfast buffet is underwhelming, this is an area that need improvement. Many options for eating outside in the nearby streets. Very comfortable stay. Will probably come back off season.

Budget hotel with some good facilities. On the beach with a nice pool. Breakfast is Chinese and some choice. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The service was excellent, staff are very helpful and accommodating. The pool is beautiful and the views from the room are super (7th floor). The room was spacious, with a lovely clean set up. The bath was so comfortable with again a lovely view our to the sea! The area is quiet but still buzzing with new restaurants and local cafes.

The room we stayed in was beautiful, clean and spacious. I love the balcony view! The bathroom is the best, with the smart toilet. However, the breakfast was poor, especially so-called western food. Juice and milk were dilluted with water! The pastry was too greasy and there was almost no sweets, cookies or cakes. No jam, marmalade or honey, either. The food was not refilled properly. The swimming pool is big but too warm, they don't cool it down. There are just two umbrellas and a couple of sunbeds next to the pool. The pool was not very clean and not maintained properly. Some electric wires were sticking out of the lights in the water, so dangerous! However, it's great for kids as there is a guard watching and the pool is open until late, 21:00 or 22:00. The staff are very polite and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, it has a great potential but management should be more vigilant about the maintanance.

The room has a fridge and a balcony that over looks the beautiful pool. The beds weren’t so comfortable, but the location more than made up for it. Gorgeous beach. We will visit again.

Very nice and huge swimming pool , nice and helpful staff . Comfi and spacious rooms , breakfast is average for a resort but staff there are very nice.

Best thing about this hotel is the exclusive private access to the beach, clear water, clean beach, quiet. Beautiful place, we had to extend out stay. Ordinary breakfast though especially for a foreigner

A great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful, pool and grounds. The food at the restaurant is fresh and very good.

Firstly, English service was awful no one understood what we really needed so that was the main reason we had to refund money for two nights.. location is not really great around this hotel.. very limited eating out unless you want local street food. Hotel own it’s own is nice enough! I loved landscape from the balcony..

Would be wonderful if they had a restaurant serving meals all day and a bar doing the same with drinks.

My second time staying at this hotel and am again pleased. Our first room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke (my one thing I can't stand) and the lady at the front desk kindly helped find as another room (she even upgraded us since they were full in the rooms we booked). The view from the balcony is beautiful and there are chairs you can sit and enjoy the sites and sounds of the ocean. The pool is beautiful and large and you can see the sea as you swim. Plenty of Lounge chairs in the grass and steps away from the beach. The guard at the gate will tell you there's no swimming allowed so a little confusing but overall a wonderful hotel with great amenities.

前台小姐姐符少芬人超級好，看到我們帶寶寶，寶寶過生日，免費給升級了房型，還幫寶寶預訂了親子活動 設施很全，床品也很舒服，衞生很乾凈，有寶寶拖鞋和牙刷，環境特別好，景色超級棒，特別出片，簡直太寶藏了，離海邊特別近，離旁邊的天涯小鎮也很近，從海上走特別方便，泳池也特別乾淨，早餐也很豐富，很好吃，服務人員都很熱情，真的是特別好的體驗

房間很寬，設備齊全，泳池健身房水上樂園餐廳都有，前台接待我們的少芬和杏兒姐姐服務特別好，親切友好，我們看了好幾個房間才決定住下。酒店環境很棒，看海無敵美。去旁邊小鎮吃飯也很方便，從海邊有幾分鐘就到了，剛好散散步逛逛也可以，海邊還看到海上觀音，這個價格可以了咯
