ちょっと古い部屋でしたが、清潔で景色も良く、大満足の部屋でした。特にビーチに歩いて行けるのは、レゾートホテルとしては、最高の条件が、揃っています。　また、プールも清潔で人も少なく、いつも私たちの専用プールとなっていました。　また、長期休暇が、取れたら、また、行きたいと思います。　いい思い出をありがとう。

Responsive staff. The cuisine for breakfast is Chinese. The area is quiet. The sea is close.

The place is comfortable and clean, the pool it’s very big and safe, the beach is in almost in the front of the resort and very accessible, I really enjoy it ❤️👌🏻🫶🏻

Nice place. Get a room with the pool outside for night swims. Breakfast is very Chinese. Dont recommend

Beautiful location to enjoy a quiet beech in the morning and a busy one in the afternoon. The activities on the beach such as a short sailboat ride, boat ride to sea the fish, parasailing, jet skis etc....start happening about 9:30 am is separate from the hotel but fills the water with business....there is a beachside bar and restaurant right there and a food court about a 15 minute walk that has local specialties and a Starbucks, Dairy Queen and Subway as well as plethora of local specialties my favorite is the custard like coconut treat....very close to the rainforest park. It would be helpful for foreign visitors for the hotel to maybe give a map of the area and what available upon arrival.

Hotel was very cozy and close to the beach. Highly recommend

The Tianhong has a great location across from the beach and a fantastic (Chinese) restaurant on site. Room was clean but just lacked a little attention to details like refilling tea bags and cleaning out ant nests (they were sprayed but then just left there). I didn't use the pool but it was cleaned daily, looked fine and other people seemed happy with it.

Lovely hotel, the staff were very friendly and professional to help us. They were able to provide recommendations for food locations and activities. The bedrooms were big and very clean. The garden view was lovely and the area was quiet and calm. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff is undertrained. There were ants in the room. Food at the restaurant was good. Very close to the beach.

Very clean and cozy hotel, around 10 min by walk to the beach, hotel restaurant really tasty and not expensive

Perfect location and great breakfast! Room options for families could be roomier, but no complaints.

It was a very nice stay at the hotel. It was clean and the breakfast had a lot of choice. The proximity to the beach was very convenient. We will be happy to come back.

Amazing Balcony Room and good Ocean view 🥂

The room is a little bit older than in the pictures, but has everything you nee. The bed is huge and very comfy. The balcony was nice, facing to the garden and swimming pool. The staff didn't speak any English but was very nice. For buffet breakfast there are many options (mostly Chinese), but generally is good.
