We had a wonderfull stay at this hotel! The service was just incredible, the staff was super nice and helpfull. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also if you have the opportunity to book a massage do it, the ladies are great!

Ficamos no hotel (minha mulher, minha filha e eu) durante uma semana e o experiência não poderia ter sido melhor! O quarto é muito aconchegante, limpo e bonito, além da arquitetura extraordinária. A qualidade dos funcionários é impressionante . A atenção, carinho e o sorriso sempre presente foi sem igual! Quero destacar, sem tirar o mérito de cada um dos colaboradores do hotel: Daniel, Reges, Rai, Helena, João Paulo, Roni, Márcio, Alberto, Thais, Aline, Priscila, Ricardo e Jê, que deram um toque especial para essa experiência maravilhosa. Stayed in the hotel (my wife, my daughter and me) for about a week and my experience could not have been better! The room is comty, clean and beautiful, besides the design, that is wonderful. I don't even have words for the hotel staff. The attention every one of them had for us was really important for our experience. I want to highlight some names without taking the merit of all the other staff - Daniel, Reges, Rai, Helena, João Paulo, Roni, Márcio, Alberto, Thais, Aline, Priscila, Ricardo and Jê - that created an amazing environment where we felt comfortable and truly at home.

Really excellent hotel. Stunning views as you walk in, and around all pool area. V good kiting as well - 5 min walk down beach to easy launch. Strongly recommend. If possible, get a ocean view room.

Just the best hotel ever. Impeccable service, food, atmosphere, view, everything. Customer service also does it justice to the 5 stars experience. We were very well treated. Will definitely come back, thank you all so much for the amazing time.

We spent 5 days in carmel taiba and it was a very nice hotel. The staff was very good and attentive, the rooms were very comfortable, we stayed in the Jangdeiro room which had its own pool, the room also guest suite with 2 twin beds and bathroom for kids or parents. It rained pretty much our entire stay here so I would avoid coming during the months of March and April as there is really nothing much else to do when its down pouring. The hotel is very isolated from everything else. Getting to another place or restaurant was another 1 hours uber ride so we decided to just eat all our meals in the hotel which were priced accordingly. I wouldnt recommend getting the Janadeiro room that has the private pool. The view is not that great and beach is pretty below standards for brazil. When we did have 1 one afternoon of sun it didnt even get to our private area in the room so we just went to the main pool area.

Carmel Taiba is a beautiful hotel. It is perfect for couples who want to relax for a few days as it has a very chilled vibe. The view from the pool guarantees an amazing sunset. The main restaurant serves delicious food and the service is excellent.

It's a great, luxury hotel. The food is great, service can improve given the hotel´s price and rating. 24-hour menu, too, is limited. Problems with the blackout curtains, although automatic, did not cover the light fully. For those who wake up with the light, I recommend using an airplane mask. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable (unfortunately not mine. There are 4-6 rooms facing the street and its moderately busy, with cars, motorcycles, and even buses. THIS SHOULD BE VERY CLEAR TO THE CUSTOMER AND IT IS NOT!. A customer who is willing to pay premium fairs expects a lot, especially a clear product description. Room was spaceous and comfortable, but quite noisy! The hotel staff recognized this, added to a problem with the room´s phone and refunded us with one night. THANKS!

Staff great, manager ignored requests. Booked via amex but far cheaper direct but manager ignored request to match online price. Rai and Daniel could not do enough for us, fantastic As were all staff . Just book direct as Even though site says will guarantee best rate management ignored and couldn't speak to them. Location amazing, value for money and waiters / waitresses couldn't do enough for you . Can't understand why Managed put money over repeat businnes?
