Nice breakfast, great sunset views from the very rock beach, comfortable beds, and nice rooms.

The apartment itself was even OK - acceptable but before entering the building below the stairs is a mess and they lay dog ​​poop in large amounts and urinate the dog. It's good that the rooms inside were clean. The owner, however, could take the dog for walks, not in front of the hotel.

Rooms are fine, but if you are expecting something like a regular hotel with service and all time reception, this is not for you! Phone of the place is blocked! Can be contacted only on WhatsApp, but how do I suppose to know that...? Amenities are minimal. Do not let the photos on the booking page to fool you; the only thing you can see from your balcony is very little of the sea. You will see mostly the parking below the building and the roof of the restaurant. The reason for this is very simple: the whole place is located ONLY on the first floor of a high building. They have only 8 rooms on one floor. The people who runs the place are very friendly, like most people in this lovely country. Breakfast is o.k Parking on site, that is great and nice direct access to the beach. No services like laundry. Overall, it is a fine place.

Extraordinary service, great and very reach breakfasts. Beautiful, very big and clean rooms. Modern furnitures. Loved it! Very nice view from the balcony! They also have private beach- clean and nice. Everything in this place is worth to recommend.

Stanza bella vista mare,molto spaziosa e pulitq ma con un bagno piccolissimo. Personale gentile disponibile ed educato. Colazione pessima e senza scelta, la mattina dietro al banco del bar troverete un bambino di 14 anni che sta imparando ma senza che nessuno insegni. Se prendete una stanza vista mare spesso potrete trovare il titolare del posto che si siede sotto al bar con le spalle al mare guardando sulle camere che sono a vetri, ledendo la vostra privacy e mettendovi in imbarazzo. Comunque la spiaggia é carina ma non ben fornita non c'è musica non c'è intrattenimento non c'è professionalità. Ottima la posizione, vicino a tutto ma non nel caos... Non saprei come valutarlo perché in se per se é bello e rilassante ma gestito dalle persone sbagliate

In questo stupendo hotel ho trascorso 9 notti. La mia camera (una quadrupla) è stata a dir poco meravigliosa. Spaziosa, pulizia eccezionale, vista mare spettacolare. I titolari 2 persone speciali. Un plauso a tutti i dipendenti sempre disponibili per qualsiasi richiesta. Lo consiglio a tutti e ci ritornerei tranquillamente.

Appena arrivati lo staff è stato molto accogliente.Ringrazio Tano per tutto,è stata una persona eccellente! per la colazione c'era abbasta scelta,tutto buono, mare bellissimo,camere molto grandi e moderne,pulizia ottima.Mi è dispiaciuto andare via perchè mi sentivo a casa,se ritornerei a saranda questo hotel è l'ideale!
