TUI BLUE セノ - アダルトオンリー(Tui Blue Seno - Adults Only)

I have reviewed following our honeymoon in 2022, but wanted to say how excited we are to be coming back in October this year. We find some of the negative reviews on here very annoying so wanted to say, in our opinion, that Tui Blue Seno can't be beaten when it comes to surroundings, cleanliness, friendliness. food and beauty. We absolutely love Seno which is totally beautiful, spotlessly clean, friendly and everything we can want for our holiday. We hope to be on level 4 again (we have requested this), as its perfect for us. Roll on October and see you then Tui Blue Seno.

I couldn't ask for more from a vacation! The location is terraced on different levels on a hill which makes the resort a very special place. If you love nature, this is a place for you! The resort is surrounded by a mixture of pine trees and tropical plants, and the sea views are breathtaking. Absolutely stunning! The facilities - the resort offers absolutely everything what's necessary for a perfect vacation. There is a shop, hairdresser and even a photo studio. The fact that TUI has an app where you can check and see all the activities on the site, also you can book/organize your days ahead of time, is a very big plus. So simple and effective. You can choose between four swimming pools and a private beach. Sunbeds or gazebos. Beach bar with lounge, pool bar with lounge, lunch on the beach or lunch in the restaurant, etc. There is no pressure. You will always find something to eat, no matter where you decide to spend the day. Housekeeping - spotless. Bedsheets and towels are changed every day and the room refreshed. Every area is very well maintained and gives you an air of peace and enjoyment. Perfection! The Food - very diverse and very tasty. There is something for everyone's tastes, whether you are on a diet or vegan. You have plenty to choose from and it's hard to choose from the countless types of dishes. I very much recommend the two à la carte restaurants - Culinarium and The Grill House. One Culinarium dinner was included in our all inclusive pack and the Grill House dinner involves a bottle of wine to be paid for. Both locations offer first class services and amazing food. The Drinks - a selection of carefully selected cocktails and excellent wine! I fell in love with Hugo's Seno. I strongly recommend it! The Spa - the spa services are beyond expectations. The location itself is very well located and relaxing. The massage was provided by professional masseurs and it was a key element for me. We had a promotional package that I was very pleased with. Sauna and steamer free all day long. It was nice to pumper myself almost every day! Activities - were the most pleasant part of this vacation. There are so many activities (volleyball, kub, pilates, etc) you can choose from, but I used to start my day with Yoga in the Secret Garden, then Aqua Hiit at the Lagoon Pool. We also tried archery and went on a trip around Sarıgerme with our guide. The Staff - I left this mention at the end because here I have to add the most. This location would mean nothing without the people who orchestrate it. I was impressed by the professionalism of every single member of staff member I interacted with. They all are extremely hardworking and at the same time friendly and professional. They are the ones who make your days beautiful and your experience unforgettable. The biggest applause and merits are theirs. I would like to mention some real superstars in front of whom I bow and also thank them from the bottom of my heart for their dedica

Everything was wonderful during our stay. Speedy check in and welcome drink on arrival. We were then taken to our room which had a nice sea view and was close to the restaurant, pool and lobby area. The restaurant have a fantastic range of food each night with really good service from the staff working in there. The snack bar at the beach also had a good choice of food each day from lovely prepared fresh salads, pasta dishes, burgers with fries, grilled meats and freshly made pizzas. The waiting staff are really good, very quick to clear empty plates and bring you more drinks. They work really hard and are a credit to the hotel. The entertainment team are fantastic and made our holiday really enjoyable…thanks to Harrison and Mert who kept us entertained all week with darts, water polo, aqua fit and table tennis - me and my daughter had a blast! I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would return in a heartbeat - well done TUI Blue Seno. The only negative comment I would make is that the mattresses in our room were really hard, which meant we didn’t sleep very well but that wouldn’t stop us from returning.

Visited for one week, staying in a sea view room with balcony. The room was bright and airy and our room maid Melike did a great job each day. The food in the main restaurant at all sittings was fabulous. We had booked the a la carte restaurant but having viewed the menu we cancelled our reservation as we decided the food in the main restaurant would be the better option and we’re pleased we did. Morning omelettes, freshly cooked, were delicious but there was so much choice for the pickiest of eaters. We aren’t vegan or gluten free but there were separate stations for this. .Alihan in the main restaurant always had a smile and a ‘good morning’. In fact all staff, with the exception of one of the managers on the balcony area, were excellent. On day 2 we found the Oasis pool and spent the rest of our days there. It was peaceful and always beds available regardless of the time of day. Dilek looked after us well and gave great service to everyone. We went to the entertainment a few times - the best by far was the Latino band - absolutely fantastic. One slight negative is that it was a VERY smoky atmosphere at night by the bar and where the entertainment takes place. We (or I) used the shuttle service a few times and in the midday heat these were a godsend. I do think a separate shuttle for staff would be beneficial as at almost 60 years old it didn’t sit comfortably that I had to stand while young staff were seated. This wasn’t always the case as on one occasion, a young lad did move to allow me to sit down when the shuttle was full. My husband used the gym, sauna and steam room which he said were generally good. The hotel is quite isolated and isn’t somewhere you can pop out for a walk but we were there just to chill for a week and also liked that it wasn’t a huge transfer from the airport. All in all we had a fantastic week and would most definitely recommend and return without hesitation.

Overall the hotel was amazing, fantastic food with lots of choice for every meal. We particularly enjoyed the beach bar. Never any issues with getting sun beds and the day beds were amazing. The shuttle bus was a god-send in the heat and the hills. I really loved how amazingly the hotel took care of the cats in the hotel grounds, they all looked so taken care of and had both food and water. I do just hope that someone takes care of them in the winter when the hotel is closed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Our TUI rep Tolga went above and beyond, nothing was ever too much trouble, even getting superglue at midnight for my broken shoes. He was friendly and fun, with an amazing sense of humour. Thank you Tolga for being the best TUI rep we’ve ever had :) We look forward to returning to the hotel.

Best holiday I've had the pleasure of having. Staff at the seno cannot do enough for you, friendly and approachable! TUI rep Tolga was fantastic in finding the perfect excursions and helping with info on the hotel. Will always use TUI for their fantastic customer service and smooth and faultless holidays! couldn't reccomend enough for a relaxing holiday.

Our rep Tolga did a very informative welcome meeting and also he’s been available every day to assist with any needs. Thank you Tolga. The rooms are split over 5 levels and there’s a very steep gradient, apparently 100 metres from top to bottom, let this not stop you as the shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes. Many less mobile people seemed to get around the complex freely with this service. The staff go above and beyond to make the holiday relaxing. The rooms are immaculately cleaned, thank you Hanife and the air con is essential with 3 different speeds. Thank you all for sorting the room on a daily basis, very much appreciated. There’s a safe in the room and a soft drink stocked fridge to keep you refreshed. You won’t fight for a sun bed and there’s plenty around the on site towels are readily available so you’re gonna stay dry and fresh. The Wi-Fi is fantastic throughout the complex including the beach which is a little distance from the hotel. A taxi to the local town Sarigeme is 5 minutes for 100TL (£3 ish ) where you can buy many good quality fake items. Don’t forget to haggle as it’s expected. Due to being in the hillside you are a little removed from the hustle of a busy resort there’s entertainment onsite also ( I can’t comment as we spent our time in the lounge bar ) this was offered at the Starlight Bar next to the sand and sea. Haktan in the restaurant is amazing he’s always on it and can remember your breakfast drinks order and is waiting to top you up. Ozge at the pool bar is a god send to you she is constantly working with a smile and so very polite even when some at the bar could learn a “please or thank you”. She’s still smiling and ready to assist with every need. Yeliz has been attentive at dinner, so very kind and they work very hard always smiling. Melis in the lounge bar is most amazing, service and a smile. They are all so very helpful, please don’t forget to tip them as they deserve it. The restaurant caters for all dietary requirements the gluten free section also has enough, during our stay they appeared to run out the gluten free rolls and the bread offering was poor with a rice style loaf being the only item available. The shops on site are expensive £20 a bottle of wine and £20 for sun lotion so come prepared. If you are looking for the holiday gifts our advice would be go to the local town. If you’re thinking of spending the day out and about the reception has a fully stocked area with coffee, juice, water and sandwiches that you can take with you. Even the final departure is prepared due to the elevation you call reception and a bellboy will arrive on a buggy to collect you and your luggage. A truly relaxing time had. You won’t go wrong making this choice.

The hotel overall fantastic, all inclusive wise was the best food quality and selection all week from anywhere I have been. The hotel room is the only slight downfall where the toilet and shower are open planned with the whole room. However only went there to sleep. Other then that the hotel itself is simply beautiful great views not overly busy can get a sunbed whenever, staff can't do enough for you and always polite, drink selection was decent. Our TUI Rep Tolga was brilliant and helpful throughout, which made our holiday experience no stress and easy to find great experiences.

On the last day of out 7 night stay on this fabulous hotel. Having previously stayed in Rui hotels our expectations were quite high and we were not disappointed. We arrived at the hotel at 5.10am and were offered refreshments in the form of soft drinks and a sandwich. We checked in and was transported to our room via a golf buggy. Please note the hotel is like an upside down house, the welcome lounge is at the top and the rest of the hotel winds downward, rooms being in little blocks on the way down to the main pool, restaurant and chill out zone and starlight bar. From there you go to the other pools, restaurants, gym secret garden and finally the lagoon pool and the beach. It’s a long way down and fairly steep coming back up , free shuttle going up and down every 10 mins from first thing in the morning until last thing at night. They will stop if you stick your hand out even though there are designated stopping places. The hotel caters for all sorts, you can have a nice chilled out, relaxing holiday or if your so inclined there are various activities including archery, keep fit classes, yoga, cocktail making classes etc. Personally we wanted a nice chilled holiday and opted to spend our days beside the lagoon pool and beach. We spent one day at the main pool but preferred to be down the bottom. Food wise, again the hotel caters for everyone, a wide variety of dishes, clearly marked for gluten free, allergies etc. Food could be as healthy or as unhealthy as you like as both options were available with smoothies and detox water also options. Drinks wise the hubby was happy unlimited beer, cocktails I found were not yo my taste but that’s just personal they were more than adequate. Entertainment wise, the Starlight bar was the place to be, the Silent Disco was the highlight and is a must. Again if you wanted a more relaxed night the option to stay at the main bar away from the music was available. There is a resident DJ and we personally would of preferred a bit more cheesy music then boom boom music but I’m sure that’s an age thing 😊 The rooms were spotless and tastefully laid out, we opted for a double room with a sea view and we were not disappointed at all. The view was stunning! All the staff at the holiday were warm, welcoming and friendly, we did not meet with Tolga our TUI rep as we had pre-booked a trip but he was always there available. Shout out to Ali who we meet at breakfast and lunch for asking my hubby if he was an actor as he was so good looking, made his holiday! Finally it’s all the little touches which make this such a memorable holiday from the welcoming bottle of wine, to the plant seeds and key rings when you leave, the towel elephant on the bed and gracious thanks to the hotel manager who liked all my Instagram posts. Our first visit to Turkey and def not our last!
