The programs are excellent, the spas offer pampering relaxation! The place offers a wonderful, real medieval experience! The jousting is amazing, it's like it's real, maybe it is ;) It provides an unforgettable experience for both young and old! The staff is helpful and nice, we will definitely come back here!

The fragrance of the room and the bed linen is amazing. I felt like a princess during our whole stay due to the atmosphere and to the kindness of the staff. The food is so tasty and vegetarians can still find options. There are several spots I can practise my daily yoga. :)

We reserved a 3 day stay in this castle hotel. It is clean, lots of interesting programs. Very good for families with children. Programs are very interesting, also there is a very nice wellness section as well. Food is very delicius. Stuff very professional and kind.

A huge disappointment (caused in part by myself - because I didn't read fully the feedback from hotel based on previous experiences form past our own / family members / friends). I asked for a luxury suite in the manor house, trusting in the already excellent experience, without even looking at the confirmation, I paid the requested advance. Instead of the spacious, two-space (60 sqm) suite, I got a medieval urban -max 20 sqm -cross "suite". Justification: The requested suite will not be rented for two people. "Can't book either." It could have been interesting. . Since the receptionist said it was very nice, at least let's see, we checked. The concept of "very nice" is a matter of point of view. We didn't have that. Reception: we do not provide two bedroom accommodation for two people. I indicated that we would not accept and leave. Suddenly it became a 2 bedroom accommodation, but it no longer fit into it. We never went home from any place with such a bitter taste, but it exceeded our tolerance threshold. So far, I have recommended this accommodation to everyone, family and friends. It ended yesterday at 3 p.m. By the way: the pictures on the website of hotel ... not really reflecting to the valid situations
