ザ ベルヴェデーレ イン & レストラン(The Belvedere Inn & Restaurant)

Our favorite place to visit! Welcoming, relaxing and beautiful decor, comfortable beds, and wonderful breakfast. We love coming back here and have since we started dating in grad school. You can easily enjoy the b&b and explore local shopping, tasty cafes, hiking trails, foodie restaurants, etc.

We have stayed at the Belvedere Inn two times, both over Chris**as. The Balmoral Suite is beautiful and at Chris**as, the room and the entire Inn looks so festive. Shaun and Pete are wonderful hosts and welcoming. At Chris**as, Shaun often does two sittings for dinner on both Chris**as Eve and Chris**as night. This year he did a prime rib and yorkshire pudding that was wonderfully delicious. Don't miss staying at the Belvedere Inn...it's romantic and provides a perfect get away from the whirlwind of Chris**as, but it would also be a wonderful place to spend a few nights ANY time of year.

The Inn was beautifully decorated for the Holidays, both in lobby and hotel rooms. The weather last weekend was sunny and a delight to enjoy the cozy a**osphere of the library, garden room and the dining room. Highly recommend as a romantic getaway for couples but also a fun place to reunite with friends.

My husband and I stayed one night at the Belvedere Inn & Restaurant in the Somerset Room. The room overlooked the back formal terraced gardens and the lake. The grounds the Inn sits on are fabulous and fun to wander around after a drive in the car. The Inn is very tastefully decorated with LOTS of artwork. My favorite room was the sun room. Garden feel with very comfortable floral seating and orchestra music softly playing in the background - RELAXING!!! My husband and I enjoyed beer and wine while relaxing in the sunroom in the evening. Our room was very nice, loved having 2 chairs to sit on. Unfortunately, they were not serving dinners while we were there - dinner is seasonal. Breakfast was extremely tasty and just the right amount of food for a long trip home.

I had a 5-night stay at this amazing inn in Saugatuck, Michigan in October 2023 and was impressed with every aspect of my visit. The mansion built in 1913 is very well maintained and ongoing inves**ent in the property shows. Beautiful windows let in the fall sunlight. The room was sufficiently large for two people and had comfortable side chairs for reading. Beautiful, modern well-equipped bathroom. The common areas were both homey and beautifully decorated. Each morning's breakfast was delicious and included an egg souffle or creme brulee french toast and an assor**ent of fruit and baked goods. Any stay should include dinner at the Inn. Wonderful menu and great food. Looking forward to another visit for tulip season. Its a great location for visiting several areas without the congestion of being right in town.

I thought this would be a quaint get-away but I was really disappointed. The water had a terrible smell. They need to invest in an iron filtration system. The air conditioning was not very efficient. Luckily we had brought our own fan. Way overpriced for what you get. The breakfast was lovely but not very plentiful.

Sean is a consummate host and chef who has made the Belvedere into a wonderful bed and breakfast inn. Beautiful setting and grounds. Warm hospitality, nice rooms, immaculate grounds … all add up to a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

The Belvedere is a beautiful old inn that is very nicely updated. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was fabulous.

Wonderful experience. Felt pampered and relaxed in a quiet respite environment. Service was excellent and friendly. This is a well maintained facility while maintaining the vintage era in which it was built. "Try it, you'll like it".
