We loved our few days at this hotel. Rooms were clean, well-equipped and with comfy beds. The hotel is pretty small, so it felt friendly and not crowded. The breakfast is outstanding and we loved just sitting on the patio with our pastries and coffee in the warm morning sun. Pool is nice too. The restaurant is your typical quality multi-course restaurant, with excellent food. We'll be back for sure.

Lovely hotel great views comfortable accommadation friendly staff great facilities and good food. This is a hotel we would return to and would certainly recommend to friends and family worth a detour and in a great location.

A really quirky hotel with lovely staff and great food. The apartment was great- spacious, clean with everything you need but could have benefited from a bit of updating.

We stayed here for one night. Staff were friendly and check-in was quick, they had lots of parking. Our room was clean and a little old-fashioned. We had a strange sitting room/conservatory attached to our room... with very strange red and black curtains but it had air conditioning. We had dinner in the hotel... no menu's in English so we just took a guess at what we were ordering.... maybe that could be something for management to look at? Food was fine... we had some cocktails on the terrace on a sunny day and that was lovely. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean. We had a nice quiet night with no problems and no noise. We had to wait to check-out due to high volume.

It was just perfect. The room had all confort and the view was just amazing. Newly studios for all comforts. The cherry on the cake Is the restaurant. We were welcomed by Benoit, the restaurant owner and he made our dinners the best experience in Saumur. He was kind and welcoming notably with our kid. A true family- run experience, we felt at home!

We stayed for one night on our way to the coast. We were shown to room 28: a triple room. Unfortunately the light switch for the stairs only worked from the bottom, so it was difficult going down in the evening. The room was clean and plenty of towels, but very strong air freshener had been used so we had to open the window. The windows are very old and need attention. The toilet was very low and did not have a strong flush. The single room lacked any natural light and was obviously built as a bathroom originally. We ate in the dining room which had a wooden decking floor so felt like we should be outside. The food was okay. I got lost trying to find reception as there was a curtain over the corridor and it didn’t look like a main exit. We were delighted by a superb breakfast the next day which was plentiful, fresh and delicious. Lots of parking at the hotel too.

Un séjour parfait, qui a commencé avec un accueil irréprochable de la réceptionniste, qui nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires, et nous a acco***agnés jusqu'à notrer chambre ; nous avons pris un verre dans le bar avant (puis après) le dîner, le serveur était également très chalereux. Le lendemain, petit-déjeuner puis détente au spa (sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, également irréprochables). Malheureusement le sauna extérieur était hors service (ça nous fera une bonne raison de plus pour revenir !). La chambre, la salle de bains et les wc étaient également nickels. Si on devait chipoter, on pourrait relever le fait qu'il n'y a pas de volets à la fenêtrer de la chambre (donc réveil un peu tôt avec la lumière du jour) mais encore une fois c'est vraiment pour chercher la petit bête ! Merci à tout le personnel, réceptionniste, serveurs et agents d'entretien, et encore une fois : nous reviendrons :)

Ravi de notre séjour, la chambre, le diner et le petit-déjeuner furent parfait, ainsi que le personnel très avenant ! Le lieu est très agréable avec un panorama exceptionnel avec une belle vue sur le château de Saumur. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
