We arrived late or early about 12:30 am and check in was quick. We slept well with no issues.
When we woke the next morning and I went to get coffee, at 650 am, to bring back the room, the lobby was closed and would not open until 7 am. I return to the room and to take a quick shower. We were placed in a handicap accessible room and the shower current rod was broken and would not keep the shower current closed. The floor ended up getting soaked. The chair in the shower had rips and cracks in the covering. This could be an infection control issue, speaking from a health consultant perspective. There was no exhaust fan and after taking a warm shower everything in the bathroom was soaked because of moisture.
When I had returned to the lobby at 7:20am there was eggs, sausage, waffles, and cereal. The coffee machine was broken and not working and there was no alternative. It appeared there was no coffee being mixed in the machine. When the staff was informed the coffee was not working, the staff asked which button was being depressed for coffee. The staff member appeared to be slightly frustrated when he had to come from behind the desk to check the machine. The staff member depressed the same button and then placed an "out of order" sign on the machine.
There was no milk for the cereal and nor were there bowls. There was no juice but there was a water filling station.
