We arrived late or early about 12:30 am and check in was quick. We slept well with no issues. When we woke the next morning and I went to get coffee, at 650 am, to bring back the room, the lobby was closed and would not open until 7 am. I return to the room and to take a quick shower. We were placed in a handicap accessible room and the shower current rod was broken and would not keep the shower current closed. The floor ended up getting soaked. The chair in the shower had rips and cracks in the covering. This could be an infection control issue, speaking from a health consultant perspective. There was no exhaust fan and after taking a warm shower everything in the bathroom was soaked because of moisture. When I had returned to the lobby at 7:20am there was eggs, sausage, waffles, and cereal. The coffee machine was broken and not working and there was no alternative. It appeared there was no coffee being mixed in the machine. When the staff was informed the coffee was not working, the staff asked which button was being depressed for coffee. The staff member appeared to be slightly frustrated when he had to come from behind the desk to check the machine. The staff member depressed the same button and then placed an "out of order" sign on the machine. There was no milk for the cereal and nor were there bowls. There was no juice but there was a water filling station.

Not great kind of a crumby motel. Room was never cleaned or restocked during a 4 night stay, had to ask for toilet paper when it ran out. Someone on the premises was screaming at the top of their lungs at about midnight, it sounded like kids bullying each other and it lasted a couple of hours, if there were any staff there I am sure that they heard and it likely kept the entire motel up I had to be up at 5am the next morning so it was not ideal. The area seemed safe and it was a short drive to downtown Savannah.

Dogs barjed constNtly i couldnt get any sleep. I wish thry would not put people with dogs by working people traveling people. People with dogs should be away from other guests

Sheets were stained, staff was rude and appeared to dislike their positions. And, nothing appeared clean. Floors were extremely dirty.

Service and the breakfast was good. The bed sheets were little dirty with cigratte marks even though it is non-smoking. The hotel is bit smelly even outside the rooms.

The room was falling about, shower rod about to fall. Cabinets were busted and screws sticking out. Closet rod was falling down, hair dryer was broke and customer service was no help so had to go buy one. Half the lights did not work. And worst breakfast options from a hotel we have had

They don't clean the room, it's a dirty place and gives bad service, I'm not looking for that hotel anymore.

Had a non smoking room, but it was very apparent someone had previously smoked in the room. I am highly sensitive to second hand smoke and this was a major bummer of the trip. I unfortunately arrived so late in the evening that it wasn't worth trying to switch rooms to a less stinky one. Location should ozone machine after each guest.

We stayed 3 nights. The room was very clean. Everyone was really nice and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.
