ソンダー ザ ブロートン(Sonder the Broughton)

The staff was great my other half and I was at the wrong property and they sent someone to come get us immediately. I will be returning.

A nice stay. One can easily hear occupants in neighboring units. Recommended parking is several blocks away.

Once I found the right, Sonder on Broughton, it was a breeze. It was nicely lit, secure and easy to get to. parking was a little tricky, but once you got to know the area, you knew where to park and where not to park. Free street parking after 8pm and Sundays were very helpful. The room itself was awesome. There was nothing we needed that wasn't provided. Next-door Neighbors were a little noisy, but with the sound machine that was provided we were able to drown them out.

I stayed there with a platonic friend and we did not want to sleep in the same bed. I discovered when making the fold out bed that there was no blanket available for it. I reached out to customer service with my avail. I froze that night. I didn’t sleep at all and I was on vacation. It took a full 24 hours before they brought me a blanket and I could sleep. The Sonder is also incredibly noisy. Kids were out of control on my floor running up and down the hall. Also there is a club downstairs that will wake you up when it closes. The apar**ent thought is beautifully decorated with all the amenities of home. It’s a beautiful stay albeit a noisy one.

Nice apar**ent in a very nice area but it was very noisy. The wood floors creaked a lot and the people in the apar**ent above us must have had heavy shoes and a young child who would run around starting at about 6:45am and they would clunk around for a couple of hours. It was impossible to sleep past 7am. The the sound of footsteps seemed like they were right in our apar**ent but we think they were above us. We won’t want to come back.

Shower didn’t work and very loud, couldn’t get a refund and had to leave

It is a cute place with an excellent location but the creaky floors and construction made for a very loud stay.

I did not feel welcomed in your building, because you showed total lack of hospitality. I was confused & lost, because there was no one to guide me. You asked me if I needed anything. I asked for an extra blanket, but you never provided any. I would tell my family & friends to visit Savannah, but never stay at The Sonder on Broughton. You guys have a lot to learn when it comes to Guest Services.

Property and room were fine except air conditioning control unit failed the second day in the room. Didn't bother with reporting due to no actual person on site, and there was cool weather outside which kept the room somewhat cool.
