ハーコート プレイス(Harcourt Place)

The apar**ent was lovely and has been updated since the photos shown. The place was very clean and well equipped. The beds were lovely and comfortable and the bedding was impeccable. Top of the range TV and Wi-Fi too. The views were stunning especially from the panoramic windows and the location is perfect! Parking isn’t too bad. We used the Palm Court hotel parking across the road which is £6 approx for 6 hours and we used the ring go app to extend time. The only downside was the stairs up to the apar**ent which I understand is typical of the building type and the stairwell is a little outdated and looks a bit grubby but the apar**ent and view makes it worth the climb! Would definitely stay again the next time we’re in Scarborough.

When staying at this accommodation they did offer clear instructions on how to find and where to park, The apar**ent was clean and spacious, However we found that you could not use both showers at the same time which wasnt acceptable when this place wasnt cheap , Why have two showers if this is the case, We also found that two of the windows were broken so we were unable to closes these at night and with the busy nightlife outside we had a restless night, We also found the bedding to be poor quailty, The pillows were flat and offered no support the bed linen was scratchy and the bottom sheet felt like tissue paper this was not expected as this is discribed as a luxury apar**ent also some of the finishing touches were off as the main picture by the dining table was zipped and the chrome plate above the shower head has fallen down off the ceiling, Again not what you would expect for luxury. For the money spent I would not stay here again.

Great location, sea view, Easy correspondence and Very large accomodation

We were only in Scarborough for a couple of nights but this apar**ent was perfect. Clean, stylish, central and welcoming. The outside temperature was 30 degrees but the rooms were cool and additional fans were provided to help if required. Easy check in, check out, no pressure and simple instructions for access. Stayed for a night in June 2022, Janice is a fabulous host and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay so easy! An amazing apar**ent with everything you need in a wonderful location. Would highly recommend! We will be back!

Recently stayed here for a concert. Brilliant accommodation which was a good price considering the amount of hotels and B&Bs in area. Kept well up to date by Janice to our stay and given the location would definitely use here again for future visits lovely clean spacious accommodation.

Stayed for two nights in September last year, there was 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children. The apar**ent was incredibly clean, we had everything we needed. Janice was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Fantastic location, booked again for this year!

From the outset we had amazing comms with our new best friend (landlady) Janice! Great location (for seafront and town), wonderfully spacious apar**ent and my 3 young daughters and I loved it! Thank you Janice for providing a great base for some amazing family holiday memories!
