「ホテルのスタッフの対応はとても良く、アメニティも充実していました。洗面用具、湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫、使い捨てスリッパ、金庫が揃っており、ロビーにはウォーターサーバーもありました。ホテルからパース湾（スワンリバー）までは徒歩数分で、ホテルのすぐ前にはバス停があります。CBD、フェリー乗り場、駅、キングスパークはすべて無料ゾーン内にあります（パースでは無料バス路線がいくつかあるだけでなく、CBDエリア内のすべてのバスが無料です）。遠くへ行く場合は、7オーストラリアドルのデイライダーパスを購入すると、その日は電車に何回でも乗れて非常に便利です。」

「立地は市内中心部ですが、地下鉄パース駅からは徒歩15分かかるので、歩きたくない方にはおすすめしません。 レストランは周辺にたくさんあるので、食事には困りません。 サービスに関しては、どのフロントスタッフに当たるかによります。滞在中に出会った3人のうち1人は非常に無愛想で、終始ポーカーフェイスでしたが、もう1人はとても親切で、いつも笑顔で、私たち外国人に合わせてゆっくり話してくれました。そのため、サービスについては一概には評価できません。 しかし、設備面ではこのホテルは並以下です。ルームキーをカードリーダーに差し込んで緑色になるまで待ち、それから抜かないとエレベーターのボタンを押したりドアを開けたりできないのは、かなり古い設計で、あまり使い勝手が良くありません。」

「ザ・リッツ・カールトン・パースで2泊、素晴らしい滞在をさせていただきました。深夜便で到着した瞬間から、行き届いた温かいサービスに感動しました。早めのチェックインを快く提供してくださったホテルマネージャーには、心から感謝申し上げます。私たちにとって、この上ない喜びでした。 驚いたことに、リバービューの客室にアップグレードしていただきました。客室は広々としており、モダンで美しくデザインされており、まるで我が家のようにくつろげました。細部に至るまで行き届いており、快適さは他に類を見ないものでした。 滞在中のサービスは完璧でした。スタッフは常に丁寧でプロフェッショナルでありながら、押し付けがましさを感じさせませんでした。朝食ももう一つのハイライトでした。メニューは美味しく、翌日には変更される予定で、連泊のゲストにとって嬉しい配慮でした。 これ以上望むことはありません。思い出に残る滞在にしていただき、ありがとうございました。必ずまた利用させていただきます。」

「Perfect nice location to stay… amenities were all in close proximity… underground parking made rainy days really convenient especially with a toddler.. shout out to the receptionists! They were all really friendly and helpful… Good size rooms but some attention to details would had made the stay a little better… one of the bedside lamp and toilet mirror lights were not working… the shower drainage seems to get choke occasionally while showering.. Housekeeping needs some improvement as we had daily different incidents… example one day we had the bed side tables pushed out of position… another day we had all the pillows dumped on the sofa seat… body lotions were not refilled… The restaurant on the top floor had really good food and the view was really amazing! Oh and there’s a nice small pool on the top floor as well.. sadly it was a little cold and we did not had the chance to use it… Overall was a pleasant experience with some minor hiccups..」

「初めて泊まった時は10点満点でした。若いオーストラリア人女性がとても親切で、早めにチェックインさせてくれました。景色が素晴らしく、ホテルも素敵だったので2度目の予約を入れましたが、2度目はシェルガレージが見えるだけの奥の部屋に通されました。それに、他の部屋ほど綺麗に整えられておらず、バスルームもあまり良くありませんでした。つまり、どの部屋になるかによって本当に印象が変わります。」

「長い私道をバックで出なければならないため、ロビーで降ろすことを好むドライバーは多くありませんが、荷物カートが豊富に用意されているので、荷物を運ぶのにとても便利です。 部屋はとても広く、ベッドは快適でした。 朝食も素晴らしかったです。」

「Very clean, well kept apartment with the full amenities for a 3-night stay. We were checking in as a family of 2 adults and a child. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main Perth city centre, Joondalup was a peaceful getaway for us during the New Year celebrations. Reception was always friendly and helpful and paid secured parking was available. Thank you.」

「Reception staff very helpful & friendly. My only concern (not the resorts responsibility), was  the behaviour of a large group of teenagers racing around the complex, swearing loudly, through car parks & stairs, after dark past 8.30, they ran into me as I was holding a bag of hot food & there were elderly guests moving around too. The youths showed no respect or consideration for the other guests & at no time did I see or hear the adults they were with.」
