「I usually book this hotel like every 2-3 months whenever I come to coventry but this time it felt like a bit awkward due to staff behaviour. I just wanna clear ‘The lady’ who checked me in was really nice, sweet and professional with what she’s doing, however the morning staff wasn’t very polite as I had already paid for a late checkout because I wasn’t well that night and couldn’t rest properly, yet the staff still called me without first double-checking with their team which shows there’s no communication. I was unwell and asleep when they called, and instead of apologising for the mistake, the lady hung up abruptly.  On top of that, the housekeeping staff opened my room door without knocking first and again there’s no apology. They opened the door and only then said “hello,” which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.  Overall, the lack of communication, manners, and respect for guest privacy really affected our experience and I’m I won’t come back here again.」
