「思い出に残る滞在でした。月に1、2回、頻繁にここに滞在しています。5日間滞在しました。 しかし今回は、初めて生まれた赤ちゃんを連れての滞在でした。夫はソレナドに行きました。ホテルから無料のシャトルサービスがありました。地震に遭遇しましたが、その時部屋にいたのは私と赤ちゃんだけでした。避難する必要があり、非常口を使いました。スタッフはすでに警戒していました。赤ちゃんと私が避難所で無事に避難すると、スタッフが私たちを助け、椅子と水をくれました。その後、再び同じことが起こるかもしれないので、下の階に移動させてくれました。夕食時には、ミックスフルーツを無料でくれました。赤ちゃんはまだ人混みにさらされることが許されていないので、朝食時には、代わりに食べ物を部屋に持ち込むことを許可してくれました。 全体的に、私たちはいつもここで素晴らしい時間を過ごせます。 また必ず戻ってきます！」

「素敵でリラックス」

「When we arrived at the resort, the nature vibe and peaceful ambience instantly stood out. The staff, even the guard at the front gate, welcomed us with smiles and their service was consistently great from check-in to check-out. Check-in was super quick, which I appreciated since I was with a senior citizen. We stayed in Cabana 101, the room was spacious and had everything we needed. There were two dining tables, one in the patio and one inside, plus a griller. The jacuzzi inside the room was such a nice bonus which my mom really enjoyed, and toiletries were already provided in the bathroom. One of my favorite parts was the buggy service. My mom is a senior and a PWD, and she really enjoyed it. We didn’t even need to use her mobility scooter at all. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the hot spring was so relaxing. The view around the resort was beautiful too. Breakfast was okay for the price, but again, the staff made the experience so pleasant because they were very accommodating and warm. I also love that it’s pet-friendly. My only small suggestions would be to limit the live band until 10 p.m. since it’s a nature resort and maybe add more sockets inside the room. Oh and also, maybe add a light in the griller section of the Cabanas. We had to use our flashlights when we grilled at night. Overall, we had such a good stay. The place was peaceful, the staff were amazing and highly commendable, and we’re already planning our next visit!」

「Our stay was excellent! The room was clean and spacious.This condo was beyond our expectations. The condo’s location was superb. We could walk to shops and restaurants. The pool was clean and well maintained.The condo itself is comfortable and everything you need is there. Very happy with our stay. My son, wants to come back.」
