パティオ地区の人気絶景ホテル

「私たちはバンコク行きのフライトに乗るためにこのホテルに一泊しました。タオ島から戻る際に桟橋で迎えに来てくれるタクシーを予約するために事前に連絡したところ、スタッフは Facebook 経由で対応してくれました。タクシーの運転手はとても親切で忍耐強く、フェリーが遅れている間も待ってくれ、キッチンが閉まる前に電話で食べ物を注文するのを手伝ってくれました。 夜の 10 時頃にホテルに着いたとき、午前中の空港への送迎はすべて予約済みで、彼らが知っている他のタクシー会社数社もその日は既に閉まっていることがわかりました。この地域では Grab が使えないので、朝一番で空港に行くのはほぼ不可能でした。何度も頼み込んだ結果、ホテルの誰かが、予約した最初の顧客 (私たちと同じフライトに乗るため) よりも早く、私たちを早朝に車で送ってくれることに同意してくれました。結局、私たちは 3 時間近く早く空港に着きましたが、他に選択肢はありませんでした。午前 9 時のエアアジア便でバンコクへ向かうためにこのホテルを利用する場合は、タクシーの選択肢があまりない小さな町なので、空港送迎を事前に予約することをお勧めします。 フロントデスクのスタッフは本当に助けようとしてくれ、私たちの食事のリクエストにうまく応えてくれました (遅い夕食と朝の朝食ボックスの詰め合わせ)。 部屋はとても広々としていましたが、あまり清潔ではありませんでした (砂だらけで少し濡れた床、バスタブに髪の毛、テーブルにシミなど)。夜遅くにチェックインして日の出前に出発したため、施設は一切利用できませんでした。」

「Wunderschönes Boutique Hotel mit Liebe zum Details. Stylish designte Zimmer, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Alles wunderbar sauber und gepflegt . Frühstück und Abendessen wird frisch zubereitet , alles schmeckt vorzüglich . Sehr aufmerksamer Service, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Definitive Empfehlung für ein paar Tage in absoluter Ruhe! Einziger Minuspunkt ist die Lage. Es ist wirklich nichts drumherum , was einerseits schön ist, andererseits nach ein paar Tagen auch etwas einsam werden kann. Der Strand ist lang und breit, allerdings nicht schön . Trübes Wasser und allerlei Unrat laden nicht unbedingt zum Baden oder spazieren ein .」

「I would not book this hotel if it’s absolutely necessary just like the situation we were in when we had to stay close by the airport to catch the early flight the next day in the morning. The hotel is only 10 minutes away by car so it’s convenient in that regard but it’s not close to any shops or restaurants which means you have to buy things from the hotel which are significantly overpriced. The restaurant food is a complete rip-off. The two of us ordered two dishes (one bowl of rice noodle with prawns and seafood fries and rice) and two hot tea which costed us just under 1000 baht!!! The only way you can get in and out of the hotel is by private taxi or their own transport which is also extremely expensive.  They charge 200 baht per person for 10 minute ride between the hotel and the airport.  The guest room looks clean, but it smelt dampness. There is no toiletry so be prepared with your own supply. The shower holder is fixed on the wall which means the showerhead is splashing water directly into the wall not to yourself. You have to hold the shower hose to wash yourself. 」
