Friendly and Great staff.

Als ich ankam, wurde ich nicht bedient, da zwei Herren diskutieren mussten. Das sollte man eigentlich vor Gästen vermeiden. Dann hat schließlich alles geklappt. Zentrumsnahm, Frühstück in Ordnung, Zimmer auch.

Due to technical issues we could not enter the hotel room in the night. The machine outside for self check in also failed. We had to look for another hotel in the middle of the night without our stuff. After 3 calls 4 emails still no refund, no action. Please respond!!!!! You have my name email and number.

The employees were very friendly and helpful, even though we arrived late. There was no tv or reliable ìnternet, that is why I gave it 4 stars.

Well, all seemed brilliant upon arrival, however a dictate from the new owners soon put paid to that. they decided it was more sustainable, cheaper in other words, to only clean the rooms every other day, and change the linen/towels every fourth day, this means that the room, which was very small, looked appalling with used coffee cups and glasses to greet us on our return from a day out, also meant no coffee was available in the room on the second day!

Beautiful old building. Room was not that big but ok for 1 night. Friendly staff. 8 euro for the car park on the street is a bit expensive for Speyer on a Sunday.

Very nice hotel in the center of the town. Good rooms , clean, comfortable bed, excellent shower, several power sockets available. But the real pleasure is breakfast: they serve whatever you may desire, sweet, salted, yogurt, the bread is delicious, cereals, fruit, cakes, brioche, bacon, sausage, cheese…etc. all high quality food. And it opens at 06:30, absolutely a convenient time for working people (many hotels nowadays open at 7:30 breakfast time, which I consider pretty much insulting for clients…). A special mention for personnel: very kind and professional, Mathias, Jenny and Karina do a remarkable job, making you feel very good, taking care of you, with proactive and helping attitude towards the client, something that nowadays you very rarely find anymore. Thanks for making my staying so nice and comfortable during my two months work in Speyer

This property is very close to the old town tourist attractions. It is very safe and convenient. I would stay there again.
