ホテル シフ アム シュルックセ(Hotel Schiff am Schluchsee)

Continuing our trek through the Black Forest we stopped at Schluchsee on a horrible wet and windy day. The hotel, situated perfectly in the town centre, was a welcome sight, and despite looking like drowned rat's we were welcomed in. The hotel is quaintly decorated in a traditional style which I love. The hotel is a very old building and has bags of character. On this day of all days we were so glad of the spa. It was lovely to relax and soak tired legs in the pool. We were staying half board (halb pension) and the evening 3 course menu was lovely, washed down with a very nice bottle of Spaet-Burgender recommended by the helpful staff. The hotel also has a small "snug" bar where we enjoyed a few drinks before bed. Breakfast was buffet style and also great quality. We couldn't resist having a glass of sekt with the tasty smoked salmon. Service at this hotel was very good (I apologise I really should have taken down people's names) I would say this was my favourite hotel of the trip so far, purely based on service and a**osphere. I would certainly return.

Excellent Food,Both Breakfast and supper were Superb. Great location,and wonderfull staff,Made this stay Great. Close also to many stores and very safe area. Rooms were very clean and views were great. The Hotel has a Bar with an Aweome staff. Stayed here while travelling wth Bayern Trips,would definately stay here again,Great Hotel

Très bon restaurant, service parfait, la carte n’est pas très grande et tant mieux car les plats sont goûteux et à des tarifs raisonnables. Belle terrasse couverte avec vue sur le lac. Le cadre est typique de la Forêt Noire, très belles salles à manger.

Super séjour! Très bel hôtel , l'accueil très bien. Nous avons pris le séjour romantique, vraiment top. Superbe chambre, très bon repas, table bien décorée le thème romantique était bien présent. On a vraiment très bien mangé. Hôtel calme, service au top. je recommande cet hôtel. On a passé un superbe notre week-end. A conseillé!!

Wer die Moderne liebt, top Wellness, Flachbildschirm etc. ist hier falsch. Das Hotel, 1562 erbaut, erstrahlt im nostalgischen Charm. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, wir hatten gute Matratzen, das Bad war klein aber gelungen modern eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber. Ein kleines Hallenbad mit Sauna und Liegeterrasse ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Neben dem nostalgischen Restaurant hat es auch ein heller Speisesaal mit Seesicht. Hervorheben möchten wir das überaus freundliche, kompetente und aufmerksame Personal, jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet, mit gelungenen verschiedenen Variationen die nicht alltäglich sind, hier kochen Köche mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Hammer ist das Wirtepaar, da fühlt man sich sofort herzlich Willkommen! Wir fühlten uns rundum pudelwohl und kommen sicher gerne wieder. S & A Warthmann aus der Schweiz

Am Tag der Ankunft, Wasser Kalt in ganzen Hotel...Wasserhahn undicht, Badewanne zum Duschen..aber die Duschbrause könnte nicht fixiert werden, Haare in Bad, vom Vorgänger nach einer Beschwerde, haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen mit dem vermerkt, höhere Kategorie, und da geht das Drama weiter, Haare im Bad, Handtüch mit Flecken, dann habe wir uns entschlossen im Hotel zu essen, vor dem Essen gab es Dips und Brot ..Überall ein Tellerchen mit 2 Schälchen, nur bei uns nicht, auf Nachfrage,wären keine mehr da,deswegen, Bestellungen 2 Knoblauch Steak mir fehlte allerdings der Knoblauch ,aber das kann auch an mir liegen , als Beilage wollte ich Pommes statt Kartoffeln, diese kamen dann auch ca 5 min nach dem ich das Steak hatte ,da hat man die Wahl auf die Pommes warten oder Kaltes Steak zu essen ...und kosten auch noch 1 Euro extra...
