酒店位於國王湖的北側，車程大概10分鐘。 環境：酒店的環境非常優美，國王湖畔的風光盡收，依山傍水，煙霧繚繞，很適合休閑度假。 設施：設施也很齊全，有温泉泳池，並且温泉池直通室內。 衞生：衞生環境很好，看起來是個有些年頭的老建築，內部有很多老傢俱，但衞生卻意外的乾淨。 服務：服務非常好，我在預訂的時候本該訂兩間，因為我自己操作失誤，衹訂成功了一間，辦理入住時，跟前台溝通了一下之後，直接現場幫我開了同樣的房型，並且房間價格沒有抬高。 餐飲: 酒店提供餐食，晚餐是訂房間帶的，晚餐要根據菜單點餐，是很有特色的德國餐食。

Absolutely fantastic hotel and food is wonderful. Close to the Jennerbahn lift and Eagle’s Nest. Second time staying here. They worked with us for a custom bike plan as we only had a couple hours on the last day of vacation. Very accommodating!

Just a wonderful all-around hotel. The rooms are spacious, the views outside are even better! The facilities are fantastic and all the staff and reception are so very helpful. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel, you will not regret it!

We stayed four nights at this hotel and loved everything about it. Staff was very welcoming and friendly upon checkin. They also helped us to purchase tickets for Königssee. Room was very clean and spacious and the view was lovely. Dining staff was exceptional - food was fantastic, drinks were delicious and the service was excellent. We enjoyed relaxing at the pool in the afternoons also. We hope to come back again some day!

Have stayed here for a week for the last few summers and this has definitely become one of our favorite hotels. Every aspect of the hotel is well managed, with the friendliest and most personable staff, outstanding facilities (spa, restaurant, workout facility...), great food, comfortable rooms with ample storage and great views, and the idyllic setting of the hotel itself. It's no wonder you see many of the same guests from year to year as the high quality experience provided by the hotel clearly does not go unnoticed.

The third time we’ve stayed here and it was like coming home, if we lived in a mansion with fantastic spa facilities, a good bar and a top class chef. The staff are always very welcoming and although it keeps growing, the hotel retains its family run atmosphere. Seriously it just gets better here. The spa has been extended since our first visit and is top class with dry sauna, steam room and relaxation rooms with waterbeds! The pools(indoor and out) are great too. The food is just fabulous with huge choices at both breakfast and dinner with something to suit everybody. The location is great too. Half an hour from Salzburg and lots of alpine stuff around (Bad Reichenhall is lovely). PS Don’t just go B&B. Dinner cost is minimal for a fantastic meal!

This is a stunning hotel in a stunning location. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and pretty much everyone speaks very good English. The room we stayed in was large with an incredible view of the mountains. There was a large very comfortable bed and a really nice bathroom. They have a lovely scheme where you can opt to skip housekeeping for the day and they will pay for a tree to be planted instead. The pool areas are wonderful and there are so many different areas to sit, relax and take in the views. While we were there this included paragliders floating over the valley. I was very very impressed by the food. Our first meal was the set menu for dinner. We had no idea how much it would be but we were astonished that it was only €25 each. The quality of each course was very high, so we opted to eat in the hotel each night. Breakfasts were also great with a huge choice of continental and cooked items. The selection of teas and the freshly squeezed juice were both very welcome. Between 2pm and 4pm there are also free ‘snacks’ available but this is again a sizeable selection of meat, cheese, salads, bread and absolutely delicious cakes, which were a full meal rather than a snack. I have stayed in similarly priced hotels and it always seems like the drinks and food are an absolute rip off but at the Alpenhof everything is so reasonably priced. We could not have been happier here it is an absolute gem!

Beautiful grounds in the weather was beautiful in July as well. They had fans to help with the heat hotel staff are friendly and courteous. I wish the pool was open later than 8 PM. The hotel rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were clean and mine had a unbelievable view of the mountains kids able to rent an E-bike to ride up to Eagles Nest. The worst spa hotel I've visited ever in the alps. Usually I stay at the kempinski, or at aquadome, or the edelweiss, or one of the many beautiful hotels in south Tyrol. This hotel has the worst rooms, like a cheap motel, cheap furnishings, tacky stickers on the wall, cheap pvc doors and windows, not luxurious linens or bedding. The pool area is very low quality, the indoor and outdoor pools are cold, not like in the other hotels. Also the views aren't very nice from the pools. The spa area is ok, decent saunas, this is probaly one of their stronger area. But still nothing special. The food is not good at all. Do not take the half board, the salad buffet very limited, and only two choices every night for main course, and nothing tasty at all. The service is friendly with a smile, this is very nice, but I regret spending my money there, I wish I went to my usual choices.
