ザ マコーミック スコッツデール(The McCormick Scottsdale)

Rooms are beautiful and spacious but the policy of the length of stay that we were made unaware of when we booked here was a negative and made it so my boyfriend and I were unsure if we were to stay here again. Other than that the resort was beautiful

The location was awesome because most of the places you would want to visit are close by. The service at the McCormick weren’t up to par. I was disappointed because this is listed as a resort. To begin we rented the bike that they have available and the brakes didn’t work on either bike. The seat post wouldn’t hold either (I only weight about 155lbs) so that shouldn’t have been an issue. I’m a nutshell, it’s an accident waiting to happen. With the resort fees that they charge per day they should be able to at least tune up the brake pads and seat post. The beds are very outdated and old; my wife and I would wake up with our backs hurting and we are still very young; we are in our early 30s and late 20s, so the beds shouldn’t have caused this problem. House keeping never showed up, even when we would request them to clean our room. They said the pool was heated, but it was ice cold. Keep in mind I like the cold temperatures, but this was too cold. The best part about the McCormick would have to be the location. The views were nice, but not enough to make up for the issues we had.

Decent price for a nice place. Love the lake and everything that comes with it; canoe, paddle boat, and kayaks.

First they did not honour my vip benefit but when I mention it they corrected Property is very nice and location is near restaurants and shops and not far from old town But the hotel badly needs upgrades Overall nice and relaxing place

the walls are super duper thin, and it's long past time for a remodel. could definitely have higher standards for cleanliness in the room. but the bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was spacious.

Great stay. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Only negative was the walls are paper thin but that’s expected with an older hotel

A bit run down or older and smelled smoke and pot in the hall even though no smoking allowed. Our room had a great view of the lake. Early check in glitch and wanted me to fill out x3. Staff very nice. Super soft bed but carpet and pillow on the chair looked dirty or old.

Amazing restaurant downstairs and super friendly staff and clean and only a short drive to downtown

Ixia was extremely helpful at check-in. Terry and the restaurant staff went above and beyond to make the dinner with out son and daughter-in-law the best
