We got a married here on the 10/06/2023 and it was amazing!!!! We couldn’t have asked for more of a perfect day. Kayla and Jim was a big part in our wedding and we couldn’t have done it without them both. We’ve had so many compliments about our day and how it all ran so smoothly and how the food was excellent and delicious. Kayla went through everything with me the night before to make sure it was as perfect as it could be. Loved that our closest family and friends could come the night before and have a sit down meal and was able to stay. Kayla went out of her way to ask staff to see if they could take pictures and videos of us so I could look at them while I waited for the photographers to come through It’s a home from home and that’s the reason we choose it as our wedding venue and we definitely made the right choice Can’t wait to come back on our first anniversary❤️x

We attended our friends wedding here, kat the wedding planner was Amazing and she really is a gem ! From tending to bride and groom to getting a plaster for my friends toe she was on it. The owners were super friendly and it felt like they had welcomed us into their home. The waitresses were really lovely and very smart.

My wife and I had Sunday lunch with 12 family members to celebrate my Wife's birthday. Jim and his staff were fantastic .Allergies were not a problem, Food and service was excellent, all in lovely surroundings. This was or fourth visit , we will certainly be going back again .

I went for Sunday lunch today with four friends to celebrate my retirement. The hall is beautifull. We were met and welcomed through to our table. The food was delicious and hot, the staff excellent and nothing too much trouble. Everything was fabulous and would love to visit again.

The place itself was in a beautiful setting we had a lovely view and the quality of service was great. Unfortunately the food was very poor . Not of the standard we expected. Thoroughly disappointed. The soup was supposed to be French Onion . It was a thick gloopy gravy with a stale crouton on top. Our main the pie was acceptable but the chunky chips were saddened ( stale chips) the only nice taste was from the glazed parsnips. Sorry we didn’t complain but we felt very uncomfortable had we done. Unfortunately we had considered hiring the venue for a celebration party but definitely will not be returning.

What a delightful place for afternoon tea. Owners and staff welcomed us at the door. The food was absolutely delicious soup, warm pastries, sandwiches, cakes, scones and endless fresh coffee. The service from start to leaving was exceptional. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Cleatham Hall for a wonderful afternoon!

From start to finish it was appalling, we ordered our drinks which took forever to arrive. When they finally arrived both myself and my husband were covered in wine, we sat all afternoon in wet clothing, the food was mediocre, there were 24 people in our party and the service was terrible, when the first course came out, if we had waited until everyone on our table had got their food ours would have been cold. We chose our food well in advance, beef, lamb or turkey, there was no accompanying sauces on the tables or offered. Another member of our party had gravy dropped on her and Another had a Yorkshire pudding dropped on her. When the desserts arrived most had finger prints on top of them. When we were leaving the owner asked if all was OK, which I replied no, I told her about the wine spillage and was told they would have dried my clothes and given me a dressing gown. Certainly won't be going back at £35 a head. Customer service is appalling

Went for a Birthday party. 24 people, my wife and i had a glass of wine dropped we were both covered in wine. we had to move round the table to get a dry spot. The food was not up to the standard you would have expected for the price. my wife was told if she told them that she was wet due to the wine spillage they would have dried her clothes and she would have been given a dressing gown to sit and have her meal. As we spent near on £1700, We Will not be going back

Amazing hosts there for your every need just could not do enough for you. The rooms were fantastic roll top Bath and the comfiest bed I have ever slept in. The food was so so tasty and presented so well ( well done Chef x). Will most definitely return.
