there weren't any trash bins in the bed rooms so i had to travel to the bathroom each time i needed to toss some thing while i was in my room. i loved the location, it was easy to get around town. i didn't get to use the gym, but i did a walk around and it was nice.

I loved the location and it's proximity to both South Lake Union and the downtown core. Parking was easy and plentiful. The property was clean and modern from the lobby to the room. Excellent security measures. The staff was kind and helpful. I did not use any of the amenities such as the pool, fitness center, cold plunge, or sauna, but I absolutely will next time! The room was well appointed and set for extended living. Very clean and comfortable. Appliances were wonderful and the room was spacious. It was very quiet and I did not hear another soul while I was staying at Level. I appreciate this as it was an early morning start for me, so I was glad to have an uninterrupted night of sleep!

The shower rod was not well secured and it fell a couple of times and the bathtub plug would not engage so had to use a washcloth to keep the bath water from draining. Great hotel and amenities for younger generations, but not so much for seniors. The parking garage was congested and confusing.

Pros: Many amenities, lots of space & modern. Felt very safe/secure, parking onsite. Big Screen Televisions in all bedrooms and shared space. Views of Space Needle from some parts of property. Nespresso machines provided with pods. Pool/Hot tubs (and other amenities) have extended hours. Cons: Elevators new technology is definitely a safety feature, but complicates and slows the process. Not a biggie, but tedious. No restaurant/bar or store on site. Having a kitchen is very convenient, but might want to add coffee makers, as there is no coffee available on site. (Nespresso makes very small servings) Parking and resort fees added per day of stay. Overall: Excellent accommodations. Great for families. Spacious and allow pets. There is even pet washing facilities, not to mention a music room, basketball court, peloton room, large gym, indoor & outdoor pools, rock climbing wall, karaoke room, game room, kids play room areas and BBQ facilities.

We specifically booked this place because we have two dogs and the place looks amazing and even tho its quite expensive we decided to go for it. We were there quite early I just wanted to leave one of our car but the receptionist checked us in early which we appreciate. She informed us that we need to pay first which was fine. My boyfriend decided to pay the parking for the two cars and used his card while my dad paid for our stay with his card. She gave us our parking code and we went and to the underground parking. Me and my boyfriend with our two dogs and my parents in the other car. We went ahead and we were waiting for them but it took them awhile that we need to go and looked for them. We found out that the code for my parent’s car did not worked and my dad needed to go back to the same receptionist and told her what happened. However she was condescending asking “it should work.” My dad didnt appreciate and didnt like confrontation. She redid it and the code finally worked. The stay was uneventful the placed was beautiful.Stuff needed to put together the sofa bed was not inside the room. A few days later my dad got a charged on his card. More than expected for the two dogs. I need to phone them and asked for the break down of the charged. I found out they charged us another $140 for the two cars even tho we paid it in the first day called and kim keep on insisting the bill is correct. Even tho I have a the receipt of the parking ticket on the first day. Avoid HOTEL!!!

Highly recommend. All the amenities of an upscale hotel and a nice apt in one place.

The room was beyond our expectations!! So spacious! And when we needed items like shampoo,etc. they were quick to accommodate!! So close to the pier, ferry, etc. Beautiful skyline view
