Great clean new little apartment, got everything you need, great location close to everything. Great service, hosts were very responsive and helpful. Overall very satisfied and will definitely stay again. Thank you!

The location is bitter sweet. Youre a walk away from Pike Market, The Aquarium, and the Great Wheel. But when youre trying to sleep, a garbage truck comes in twice every night during sleeping hours. It backs up with a beeping noise and empties the dumpsters in the adjacent alley. And everytime it sounds like glass furniture being emptied into it. This noise is not particularly the Mint Houses Fault, but the walls are so thin to the outside i can hear the homeless have discussions with themselves. Not to mention, someone comes every night with a Megaphone to yell down the alley at the homeless, saying they need to clear out and the police have been called. Barely got sleep. Prepare to have little help when first arriving. I shouldve looked at past reviews. We were anticipating a front desk but everything turned out to be all handled online. Upon arrival we needed a code to enter the building. The online support is all handled through international call centers. They gave us a code, but didnt work. Some existing tenants let us into the building and turns out there was another keypad for a code at the elevator. The code didnt work for the elevator either. Struggling with online support for 2 hours, they finally provided an exact code for the front, elevator, and apartment door. Very Anxiety enducing. The combo washer dryer rocked everytime we used it. There is no small or big amount of clothes that will prevent the machine from rocking when in use. Find a laundromat.

My room was very loud because of the city and street, iam not used to this since iam from the country side of Germany. But the spot was perfect right in front there is the hop on hop off stop and your are right around the corner from the hot spot public market and the first Starbucks.

The facility had no AC which was not listed on the site. I checked out 2 days early due to the extreme heat. Even with fans it was unbearable. I was promised a refund and it’s been a month and I have received a refund.

Unique urban location 1 block from the Fish Market. Great floor plan with kitchen, remodeled bath. Very comfortable bed. No air, did have a fan on request. Our room faced an alley with lots of drug activity and noise. Things seemed to quiet down after midnight. Room was not vacuumed well. Windows don't have screens.

Really cute property and very close to Pike Place Market. My only issue is no AC. I didn’t at h that when booking. Lucky for us the two fans and open windows made it bearable to sleep.

The unit was super clean and modern. Build itself is very old not kept up but the apartment itself is totally worth it for the price. I’d stay again.

Nice, conveient, easy to get to. Great location. While everything being digital was easy, I'm old school and would like to have soneone on site that you could talk to.
