I read some really bad reviews of this place prior to coming. It's fine. Friendly welcome. Room was good for an edge of town motel style place. Only issue was a door that didn't fit properly, which seemed to be a common issue as other people were having trouble getting into their rooms too.

Very much a budget hotel option. Think unpopular Travelodge on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, or university accommodation. However, it was good value at less than £60 for a family of 4 for one night in the summer holiday. Only one member of staff on reception, but very friendly and helpful. Handy location for The Ardennes region in France and Belgium.

If I could give the hotel a NIL mark, I would. Firstly we couldn't get into the room, the receptionist had to shove the door very hard. The room was so small, there was less than half a metre round the bed. We couldn't get out of bed until we had rearranged the furniture and put the table on top of the chair. There was nowhere to put anything - no wardrobe or chest of drawers etc. There was dirt on the walls of the corridor and our room. The stairs hadn't been vacuumed. The bed was very uncomfortable, it sloped into the middle. The sheets and pillowcase were stained. There was one ordinary pillow and one square one. There was only one clean (foam) cup. The shower could not be used properly as it did not fit together. The breakfast was non-existent, apparently they had had a fire in the kitchen 3 weeks ago. Nobody informed us of this on arrival. The times for breakfast were displayed in by the reception desk and my husband actually commented on it.. The receptionist didn't say that there was no breakfast. She couldn't speak English very well. When I complained in the morning, another receptionist told me I had booked a room only stay. On ***********, you cannot book a 'bed and breakfast' stay, the breakfast is extra. There was a lot of traffic noise, there was no air-conditioning so we had to have the window open. Pigeons were nesting on the windowsill, so there was a lot of noise from them too.

Where to even start. We booked this place as we were traveling through France on sort of a dream vacation. We only booked for a night. It was just a short stop. We'll we knew we were going to arrive late sovI began to try to contact the hotel right away in the morning or the day of our stay. I must have called 6 times. Never an answer. I left several messages through ***********. Never a response. Their website said latest possible check in was 11 pm. So we got there as soon as we could. We arrived to find no one there. No way to check in and no where for 4 people to sleep. We found a number and called. A young girl answered. She acted like she could understand me a bit so I explained. She then started to say no English. I think she knew what was happening but refused to help. We had to spend an hour and like 20 phone calls to find another hotel in luxembourg an hour more away. Just a terrible experience. Look elsewhere if you can.

L’hôtel est vieillot et aurait réellement besoin d’un peu de travaux. Le personnel est sympathique et essaye de faire ce qu’il peut mais ça ne suffit car il y a visiblement un manque de moyens et de formation. Le couchage est confortable mais la salle de bain est hors d’âge. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est un peu limité. Le prix de la nuit n’est pas très élevé mais ça ne vaut pas plus

Le chauffage de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas.Près d’un petit radiateur électrique par la réceptionniste. Petit déjeuner très moyen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 5 nuits. La chambre familiale était propre et plutôt spacieuse. les petits-déjeuners parfaits avec tout ce qu'il faut pour petits et grands. Mention spéciale pour le personnel qui est à l'écoute et très souriant. Audrey et son équipe ont rendu notre séjour très agréable. Je recommande cet établissement en entrée de ville, très bien placé pour découvrir la ville et ses environs.

Petit dej. 8h 20 Pas de jus d orange et plus de pain et viennoiserie!!! Plateaux des tables non debarasses. C est deplorable. Cela merite le remboursement du petit dej. paye d avance.

A l'arrivée on nous donne une chambre mais a 23h un couple vient frapper a notre porte en nous disant que c'est leur chambre Erreur de l'employée qui nous a donne une mauvaise chambre Nous demenageons donc pour une autre chambre ou la, quelle deception petite pas tres propre et il n'y avait pas d'ampoules au lampes de chevet( donc obligation de nous servir de l'éclairage de la chambre ideal pour reveiller son amie si on a besoin de de lever la nuit) Et cerise sur le gâteau la chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas Pas de petit dejeuner mais pas stipulé sur le cite Bref pas top comme sejour Nous necrenouvelerons pas
