ノースフィールド ホテル(Northfield Hotel)

A great value break, relaxing with friends and enjoying the hospitality offered by the Northfield hotel.

We travelled with our usual coach company, Harris of Bromsgrove. On arrival we were greeted by our hostess Monique. This lady and her staff made every effort to make our stay memorable. She made it with ease. Rooms, very comfortable. Food, excellent. Service superb. Take a bow Northfield, you deserve it.

A very nice hotel. Our rooms were spacious and clean. The food was really excellent. Never had better in any hotel I’ve stayed at. I don’t give these positive comments lightly because I have travelled a lot and stayed at numerous hotels. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Northfield. The staff were friendly, welcoming and efficient and our room and en-suite were spacious with a wonderful sea view and sitting area. Meals were very good with a four course dinner and food was served hot. The dining rooms overlook the gardens which are beautiful and lovely to sit out in and enjoy a drink. Great location, peaceful and short walk to seafront or town. We hope to return.

What a delightful hotel Clean , friendly helpful staff , excellent breakfasts and evening meals Really central to everything So much to do and see nearby , with excellent buses to Lynmouth and Lynton and Taunton As wonderful trip on steam train is a must I will be back 5 stars 🌟

Very enjoyable stay in well appointed Room 2 with private bathroom and partial sea view. Nice quiet part of Minehead but very close to all amenities. Enjoyed the freedom of having studio accommodation with a practical kitchenette, decent TV with Internet access and comfortable armchairs which is a rarity in some places. Adequate on street parking if required, or you can park off road if there is space. Had a problem with my key which was quickly resolved as owners son Guy was able to let me in, but I think I was very unlucky I had the issue. Nick was very welcoming and friendly too.

I booked the whole hotel for the bank holiday we are a classic car group (we also used the hotel in 2017.) The staff are lovely food very good thank you all.It was a great house party and base for the weekend. Look past the tired decor and enjoy the hotel

I expected this hotel due to its rating to have a much better standard of cleanliness! I can only state that the room we stayed in was far from a high standard. The amount of dust on the skirting boards was diabolical and the room needed vacuuming it was just that I was on a coach trip otherwise I’d have left immediately.. even the leisure area needed a good scrub. The waiting on staff were fantastic though that’s about all I can say. Just don’t be vegetarian you’d starve

Dirty rooms filthy pool jacuzzi not working. Stone cold breakfast dirty rooms rubbish swept under cabinets coffee stains on walls an doors with broken amenities. Staff not helpful or polite. Definitely not worth the money they charge a night at all. Won't me back again
