オテル グーベルヌール セチィル(Hotels Gouverneur Sept-Iles)

Carpets in hallway needed to be replaced. Once I was in bed I received a call from the front desk that they had mistakenly given another customer the same room and a key.

The television was really inadequate. I can't explain why, but the image was atrocious, regardless of the channel selected. Otherwise, the place was really nice.

The location was great. I didn't like the continental breakfast.

Staff very welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely with ‘big’ mini fridge, microwave, comfy cozy beds and nice shower. Wifi worked perfectly! Location is good for the city.

The hotel is off the main road and a short 5 min drive to the pier for events and nice restaurants. The building is old and currently under renovations. In the hallways there were peeling walls and hotel always smelled of cigarettes. The room was nice however walls are paper thin, we heard the neighbour talking on the phone for a long time and clearly hear each word. Reception was not helpful. When asked about excursions they looked at us with a black stare and said they didn’t no without offering to guide us to another resource for help. Lastly, I would recommend putting the outdoor ashtrays on the side of the building. They are currently located in the front so if you’re coming in, you have to go through a cloud of smoke to get in the building. I wouldn’t stay again.

We spent one night, and the room was excellent in size and cleanness

Good Hotel the only thing I did not like it the pillows to soft to my self.

Excellent receptionist, room ready early, clean, comfy, quiet, excellent box breakfast…
