Was a nice stay, although I felt like the staff rushed me out before checkout. My key was deactivated before checkout hours and while I was closing my luggage, cleaning staff barged into my room wanting to clean, 30 minutes before checkout.

We were impressed with our stay! The hotel is conveniently located, most things are within walking distance. Sometimes the shower water temperature would become too hot or cold, but it was manageable. The hotel was very clean and the staff was pleasant, and the breakfast buffet included in the price was great.

Quick checking, friendly staff and clean. We loved the lady that was in charge of the breakfast room. She always had a smile and said good morning to everyone.

Was there for 2 nights in May- No breakfast served during a volleyball tournament although confirmation of breakfast inclusion in price. They opened the breakfast and after 30 min there wasn’t even a piece of bread, coffee cups, etc only yogourts! We were told no breakfast served next morning that we had to do own arrangements. 1 girl only in all hotel . No manager or supervisor and kept saying I don’t know to any question. They often had ‘back in 15 min’. Sign up at reception. We’re told Hotel was sold out at checkin. Person on strength knew nothing unable to answer any question nor resolve any problem. No toilet paper nor Kleenex in room. No room cleaning just 1 towel drop. All customers were upset and had to spend many hours on phone to get choice hotels complaint number. We’re getting the run around at each number called. At the end got message that closed til Monday. Never going there again! Real stain on quality inn chain. Should reimburse customers!!!!

Excellent. Clean

We were on the ground floor so it was a bit noisy. Also, we couldn't regulate the temperature so the room was extremely hot.
