セティルの3つ星ホテル

My wife and I stayed 1 night, arriving at 2PM. A nice professional receptionist took my payment and checked our room readiness as I signed a liability sheet, then we were provided key cards, wifi code and instructions for the continental breakfast. We carted our bags up the single elevator to the 2nd floor. Room #204 was clean, carpeted and spacious with 2 comfortable doubles, medium sized refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee, closet and a window wall over the side parking. The restroom had a tub shower with all the necessary soaps/shampoos and body lotion. Large TV had many channels including CBC, CNN, 4 sports, PBS, Burlington CBS/ABC, Global, PBS, Weather, & Sport channels). The 6AM breakfast box contained juice, cheese yogurt, muffin and breakfast bar. Overall, a great night’s sleep at a convenient location.

The hotel is in excellent condition, the installation looks very clean and well maintained. The room are very spacious and well decorated and illuminated, my room has a balcony with a nice view of the old port. Comfortable bed and linen. This stay could be a awesome time but the hotel have a big down side and is the breakfast no only the breakfast place is horrendous with the worst illumination possible (really awful dark) but the quality of the food is the worst choice you can found and for more disappointing experience the breakfast employee in charge was very impolite and rude. The breakfast is supposed to be until 10 am but at 9:15 the employee at the breakfast was gathering everything and removed all the food, and because we said the breakfast didn’t was finished he began to throw the plates and other utensils around, showing his dissatisfaction with the situation. IMHO it would be more beneficial if the hotel didn't offer breakfast at all

私が到着したとき、前の顧客は予約に興味を持っていましたホステスはそれが収容できないと言いましたそれは時間がかかります最後に、もう一人の従業員が来て、数分ですべてがうまくいくでしょう。部屋はありません、、、、半分の水ではなく、。水が遅すぎる、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、、

Je suis présentement à l'hôtel j'ai passé 4 nuits et il m'en reste 3. J'ai un studio avec cuisine. Je n'ai pas réussi à bien dormir; il y a des camions qui laissent un moteur rouler toute la nuit. C'est extrêmement bruyant ! À la réception, il m'ont dit qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire; ce sont des camions réfrigérés qui doivent laisser le moteur tourner... J'aurai aimé qu'on m'infome avant de réserver. En plus, la publicité qu'on trouve sur Google est trompeuse: elle montreune photo de la mer avec des hamac, ce qui fiat croire que l'hôtel est sur la mer mais l'hotel est en pleine ville et loin de la mer. L'hôtel n'a aucun charme, la décoration est insipide, c'est un motel au prix d'un hôtel luxueux... La cuisine est raisonnablement bien équipé mais le coin salon se résume à UN seul fauteuil, s'il y a deux personnes il faut se relayer... Le déjeuner se limite à un plateau qu'on laisse dans notre chambre avec un jus, un muffin, un youourt et un fromage. Tous les jours, la même chose... La salle à manger est fermée avec comme prétexte la Covid mais tous les autres resto on réouvert la salle à manger. Au prix qu'on paie, je m'attendais à un déjeuner plus intéressant. Le personnel est acceuillant mais il reste que le rapport qualité prix est vraiment mauvais. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
