The hotel is above expectation! Receptionist Helmi so good he even helped took our family photo. Breakfast, gyma and pool is good and the kids really enjoyed!

Great for their services esp. their breakie! It would better if they improve and upgrade their old room facilities and provide more reserved car park etc.

Nice Hotel, Clean and comfortable, till My Child Just Want To Stay Inside Room, Dun Want To Go Out.. 😅, Service Friendly, Nearby have TF value mart, Lotus, And Aeon shoping mall

This hotel is rather old but upgrading of rooms in progress. I have stayed in this hotel several times due to the services given the staffs. They are helpful and friendly, will take action immediately to complain that are not right with facilities. The breakfast was very limited during this festive month as compared to previously was ok. TV reception is poor, need to improve much more. Special commendations should be given to a FO staff Mr Izzat who is extremely helpful, proactive, polite and professional in dealing with customers. He can even remember my name the moment I entered the hotel lobby after some time from my last visit. Another plus point I like is the gated hotel carpark which I don’t find them around Manjung or Sitiawan, so I find it very safe to park my car for a good night sleep.

The room has everything - mini refrigerator, heater for shower, TV with multiple channels, study desk & iron and boards. This hotel has reading room, rooftop swimming pool and fine dining. Parking space available for hotel guests, behind the hotel. This hotel is a good spot for families, couples, expats, business travellers and holidaymakers, with ample comfort, style and entertainment.

A refurbished hotel with fair price. Staff are all friendly to assist. Cleanliness can be improved. Hotel car park provided but with limited place. Breakfast is fair with the price you paid. Not much variety.

Located in the middle of the town with many parking . Breakfast was ok, pool are huge, room are bit wear down. Near to shops and grocery store

Had a night stay before depart to Pulau Pangkor. Location is strategic, lots of amenities nearby and only 10 minutes trip to Lumut jetty to Pangkor. Hotel is clean n comfy. Breakfast also delicious. Recommended 👍🏻

I always stay at this hotel but tv channel still got problem. Hope management will improved tv channel and quality of food.
