Özellikle konaklamamı keyifli kılan iki personel var. İlk olarak, GİZEM GİRAY ZENGİN adındaki POOLBAR BARGİRL harikaydı. Kokteyl yaratma y**eneği ve detaylara gösterdiği özen etkileyiciydi. Misafirlere karşı her zaman güler yüzlü ve arkadaş canlısıydı, coşkusu etrafındaki herkese bulaşıyordu. Barda çok zaman geçirdik ve tatildeyken çeşitli içeceklerin tadını çıkarmak için harika bir yerdi. İkinci olarak, FATMA HA**M adlı bir restoran personeline teşekkür etmek i**iyorum (sanırım stajyer) Kibarlığı ve misafir perdeliği her restoran konaklamasını süper yaptı Yemek seçimlerinde yardımcı olmaya ve rahat hizmet vermeye her zaman hazırdı. Detaylara gösterdiği özen ve dikkat nedeniyle kendimi evimde hissettim. Genel olarak, Fun&Sun Family Life Belek'teki konaklamam Gizem Giray Zengin ve Fatma Ha**m da dahil olmak üzere harika personel sayesinde harikaydı. Bu oteli harika hizmet ve rahat bir atmosfe**arayan herkese tavsiye ederim. Fun&Sun Family Life Belek'teki her bir personelin hizmetinden gerçekten keyif almamıza rağmen, konaklamamızla ilgili genel izlenimimizi olumsuz etkileyen bazı eksikliklerden bahsetmek z**undayız. Umarım otel yönetimi, misafirleri için daha keyifli bir konaklama sağlamak amacıyla bu hususları iyileştirmek için adımlar atar.

Antalya and this hotel is so good place they have a trust persons i like it and they have a lot of bartender my favorite is Seyfettin he make lot of interesting coctail and drink he know russian and speak good he make flair show and various shows he is fantastik man he made everyting its so good for me i recommend here nice place nice persons nice restaurant and bar ty for everyting

Very tasty cocktails))) the bartender Seyfettin loves his job very much and puts his soul into every cocktail)) The best bartender I've ever seen!!! His assistant Arda is very cheerful and attentive)))

I booked the holiday through Sunshine Holidays - who I will mention at this point have zero customer service skills if there’s a problem - so firstly, the hotel is not actually in Belek (it’s approx 50 minutes drive from the airport - Belek is approx 35 minutes away) so this being originally stated in the hotel name when we booked was misleading in itself. There was no customer service at the hotel because there were NO ENGLISH SPEAKING STAFF (or so we were being told - the hotel is geared primarily towards Russian guests). The queue for dinner in the evening starts at 6:15pm (doors open at 6:30pm) - there are no tables left by 6:35pm & the ‘edible’ food items run out by 6:45pm & are not replenished! Local drinks are terrible. Breakfast is a complete no go - not even a croissant in sight! Absolutely appalling ‘dining options’ for an all inclusive hotel - firstly waiting for eateries to open, then joining a long queue & when reaching the front told no more food left! We have been having to eat & drink outside of the hotel - all obviously at an additional cost. Entertainment is really poor & once again not geared towards any English speaking guests. The room had no balcony & was close to the hotel next door - the walls were paper thin so neighbouring guests can be easily heard. Then, to top it all - just when we felt things couldn’t get any worse - our room was broken into one evening while we were inside - I chased out after the man but he appeared to vanish - upon reporting it to Reception we weren’t believed (& actually accused of lying (all communicated through Google Translate!). So we asked to view cctv footage - which staff did - but we were advised our room happens to be the ONLY room in the hotel that is a ‘blind spot’ for the cameras. We were moved to another room - with guess what? - a broken door that didn’t lock - so we had to wedge a chair under the handle while we slept! What a lovely way for a young couple to spend our hard-earned money & time on holiday!!! This whole hotel experience has been so frustrating & very disappointing from start to finish - especially when there are an abundance of great 5 star hotels in Belek - of which this is definitely not one!!! - The only thing we did enjoy was the glorious weather!!!! My advice… is go to Aquaworld Belek for the same price & enjoy a great holiday experience.

After arriving for a 5 day break with family we were allocated our rooms and had a drink in the lobby bar, to be told their was no ice available. What 5 star hotel doesn’t have ice? The servers in the lobby bar were always pleasant enough. The food we could eat that night was dry bread, on asking for butter the chef/ waiters I was met with a shrug of shoulders and shake of heads. The next day I went for pool towels to be asked by the spa receptionist why I was at a Russian hotel? Here was the start of the way we would be treated as we were British. The pool bar I waited in the queue to give my order for the next person queuing to be served MY drink, really rude by the bar staff and visitors to expect they should be served before me. The seemed to always put others before us, serving them drinks with ice but if I asked there was none. It was the same when we asked for bottles of water we would be handed warm bottles and others were given cold. The red hair girl and dark hair girl sorry didn’t get their name, we’re always pleasant. Shame the other staff didn’t follow suit. Seffatain always made us feel welcome and made us amazing cocktails, the entertainment team especially Emir was the same and would take time to speak with us. Our room was tired, so noisy whether it be the paper walls, noisy aircon or passing noise outside. We had a family room but the shower was tired and leaked out to the bathroom after being used once. The cleaner would rarely leave enough towels or restock the minibar or tidy up. Which caused for calls to reception and waiting time in the room which wasn’t enjoyable. The bed covers were poor quality, didn’t even fit the bed. The food and service outwith what I mentioned above, really was on average a 2/3 star. The food often had many flies and was cold or not restocked. It was stressful dining experience, often without a full meal or a drink. The beach snack bar was okay, we tried to eat enough there during the day as knew night time was a let down. I wished we had been aware of this before arriving but we made the most of it as we were in a bigger company. We will be feeding back to the travel agent that this hotel isn’t as they expect nor worth the money, and our true review. If your stuck there and need out I would recommend Land of Legends, it was 100% 5 star experience and made our trip.

The hotel's beach restaurant iş nice waiter kemal smiling and very relevant the hotel is small in the big restaurant meals standard hotel infested with mosquitoes l think precautions should be taken and a lot of people gather in the coctail bar a Man works there illusion show creating prepares delicious coctails bartender Seyfettin thank to the holiday went very well 😜😜😜
