このホテルは、ゴールウェイの他のホテル同様、コロナ禍でビジネスが減ってしまいました。コロナ禍を利用して設備を改善したホテルもありますが、ここは違います。全体的にホテルは陰気で、少し荒廃した雰囲気でした。普段は地元の人や観光客で賑わう活気のある場所なので、残念です。以前のような栄光を取り戻してくれることを願っています。

No compensation of shampoo and body sope despite of my favor for two days. Location is terribly perfect. Galway is one of the best city ever!

Overall, the stay was great. The staff were helpful, communicative, and friendly. The rates were reasonable. The location was the best thing about this hotel. Visiting during the Christmas holidays, the parking was a major issue. We knew to expect off-site parking, but the directions to the parking were nonexistent on the website and Google Maps (and Apple Maps) led us down a wrong turn, then a closed street, and then to a parking site that was triple the cost and at least triple the distance from the hotel. The hotel staff were friendly and encouraged us to a closer, cheaper location but the trouble we had navigating to the parking made us want to leave the car where it was for our stay. Water pressure was low, and the noise level was high, but those were the few issues we had. The breakfast was wonderful, and our overall experience was positive.

The rooms are quite musty so you have to open the window and the carpet in the hallways needs some updating. You can hear the people walking above you, there is a horrible smell of in the elevators for some reason like old perfume, the mattresses were also are very low quality but other than that it’s perfect for a short stay in Dublin! I was impressed with the spacious bathroom and large bathtub. The reception was also very kind and pleasant.

We only stayed one night and couldn’t not stay first night horrible experience. The hotel room was full of MOLD. We had to checkout for health and safety reasons. Rude staff and will connect with ******* as this should not be on your at of offered properties. As a hotel professional this is beyond terrible.

Handy location although the parking situation wasn’t ideal being a bit of a walk to where the car park is and can be difficult to get a spot to park out the front of the hotel for bag pick up / drop off .

The staff where unbelievable very helpfull ..especially Alana went over an beyond to help me out of a problem could not thank her enough

The staff in the restaurant were very hard working and accommodating. The carpet in the elevator was very stained and the carpeting elsewhere was in need of repair. The location was excellent.

Hotel is in a good location due to closeness to Temple Bar area. Check in was a bit chaotic. Rooms are small, old, and no A/C. But that is expected in Europe.

At first given a room that someone had been smoking in. Asked are another room as my wife is allergic to smoke. Given room 230. We were in Europe for 6 weeks. This is by far the best room we stayed in. I want to thank the Manager for making our stay in Galway one of the best destinations on our trip!

Comfortable beds. Clean hotel. Looks small from outside but quite big on the inside. Very good location. Very close and walkable to train and bus stations, harbor, historic area and plenty of food joints and shopping. No need for a vehicle to get about town.
