Awesome place, so clean so nice, just all around great with so many things to do onsite!

We stayed here 3/2-3/5 for our son’s birthday and we will definitely stay again. You definitely need more than a full two day stay to enjoy all of the amenities. Pros of the resort and room are how close it is to the main ***** and parkway to get into the smokys or Gatlinburg, the amenities such as pools, build a bear, and their outside night time events, the staff were very pleasant and helpful anytime we had a question, the room is large and basically an apartment so you feel like your coming home after a day of exploring, and the shower water pressure is great! There was only 2 cons for us and that was the beds due to them being springs and hardly having a topper and the room having a few cosmetic imperfections from wear and tear. Overall we would give this resort 4.8 stars out of 5.

The over all experience there was amazing. The only thing inhave a complaint about they need softer beds. I have some hack problems and my back was hurting really bad when i would get up. I couldnt even hardly sleep because the bed was so hard.

We stay at this property at least once a year and have always enjoyed it. We enjoyed this visit, but there were a few issues. The big ones were that every room option we’ve stayed in before had the washer and dryer in a closet with a door. This one had no door and the unit was noisy. I ended up having to wash clothes while we were trying to watch television or eat because we absolutely could not sleep through the noise. The water in the shower/tub would not turn off without turning it so hard that we worried we’d break it, and the kids absolutely could not turn it off. The phone didn’t work to place outgoing calls or even to checkout from our room. We never got the television in the bedroom to work properly. It would not change channels and when it did it was just to a random channel and not what we’d selected. It mostly just stayed stuck on the loading screen. Overall we enjoyed the visit and will definitely stay again.

2nd time we have stayed and we have nothing to complain about. The room was clean, the kids enjoyed the indoor water park. Look forward to our next trip there.

Very nice overall great amenities. Friendly service. Great pool hours! Somethings were dirty like the chairs and a spilled soda that was never cleaned. But overall Very good. Beds were comfy rooms were spacious. I would stay again. Maybe brings some more cookware though.

Spacious, comfy, and, quiet condos. Great on site amenities and friendliest staff ever. Conveniently located by all shopping, entertainment and food.

Over all very clean dishes in cabinet was clean when we got there put everything in the dishwasher and washed them and left them in that’s normally what most places want wasn’t sure about there just done it to be safe some get mad if u take it. Out

We stay here every year for our daughters' volleyball tournament and it is always amazing. We love the rooms, they are huge and always are so clean. I love feeling literally at home, we always have a kitchen, washer/dryer combo, full size fridge and dishwasher. The pool area is amazing! Its like a little water park. Always clean, lifeguards always on duty, and bathrooms are always well taken care of. The staff is amazing. Never any complaints from me.
