Not overwhelmingly crowded, very nice and clean, spacious rooms with all that one needs, nice employees, well taken care of.

Most of the room looked nice. Rusty hinges on bathroom door a bit of an eyesore, but nothing too bad. Did notice some small hairs in the shower.

Excellent facility. Bed was extra comfortable. Breakfast was more than satisfying. However, the one thing I will never understand, is who they get to remodel these places. The attention to detail is always lacking. But I make be more observant than most guests. At any rate a good place to stay

This room was advertised as up to 6 people, we had 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) and it was very tight. There was no room to set luggage, bathroom was VERY small and had pieces of hair stuck to wall and a dirty shower curtain. We checked out the pool, but it was very hot and humid in there with a strong chlorine smell so we did not use. I will say the price was fair and the room and hotel were recently updated with attractive decor.

A quick stay in the Pigeon Forge Area on our way back from GA to WV. Convenient location that is minutes away from all the fun you'd be looking for or minutes away from the interstate if just on your way through. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

The check in was easy and the staff was fantastic. Lobby was clean. The bed was quite firm so if you’re into that, this is the place for you. I’m not sure if they forgot insulation or a sound barrier between the rooms but we could hear every toilet flush above and next to us. Also there was a large gap under the door which meant we could hear every conversation in the hallway as well as screaming children. There is only one ice machine…not per floor but for the entire hotel. Location was good, not too far from the tourist areas.

It was nice and clean. Bathroom had no towel bars or robe hooks, and the exhaust fan didn't vent the bathroom. but we are pleased with out stay.

We had a short overnight stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our only complaint was the bathroom was very small, which placed the sink and mirror outside of the bathroom.

Hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable … and we had a balcony. The entire building was well maintained. I will definitely stay here again.
