Hotel service valet parking did damage our car and left us without compensation. This is really bad service and unacceptable for a five star hotel. The valet car driver was nice but he squeezed our car in such a tight spot that damage the rim all around and it is several thousand dollars to replace.

There aren’t enough words to describe this hotel, it’s beautiful! The decor is amazing, so many areas to relax in. The roof top bar is wonderful and the main bar in the hotel has the best drinks and food. Deceptively good value for money. The room was so quiet and attention to detail is amazing. The staff are unsurpassable in their care and attention. They have got it all right at the Don Ramon, best hotel in Seville by far. We will definitely return.

Excellent hotel. This is an absolutely beautiful hotel, there is complete attention to detail in all aspects. The room was lovely and so quiet. The decor in all areas is stylish and authentic. Lovely staff and excellent service. We will definitely return!

Top quality hotel in the heart of Seville. Accommodation of the highest standard with great facilities. Staff were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We ate in the restaurant where the food was regional and international. Breakfasts were certainly a very relaxing affair and all options were available. Can recommend a stay here without hesitation.

Boutique hotel in Sevilla that really impressed us. The attention to detail is everywhere. It is a breath of fresh air since you enter the flowered entrance. Service is impecable. Everyone is trying hard to make your stay comfortable. The interior design is award winning. I don’t know if there is a boutique hotel of the year in Spain, but Don Ramon certainly takes our vote.

When you’re looking for good value in Seville then you should check out this hidden gem called El Limon inside the Don Ramon hotel - the bar/waiter staff are very welcoming and cheerful and unlike other restaurants who turn you away at the door because you haven’t booked 2 days in advance they welcome you in … it looks expensive from outside but the prices are cheaper than local restaurants and the tapas is presented creatively and with flair … you don’t need to stay in this upmarket very smart hotel to enjoy the ‘vibe’ at a value price … really recommend checking them out :-)

We came to this hotel for a weekend visit to Sevilla. We took seven rooms. This is an absolutely beautiful property very well located in the city of Seville with incredible patios and rooms . We had room 19 in the first floor which was beautifully and typically decorated and a shocking large bathroom with all the amenities.- The bed was extremely comfortable with different types of pillows, different types of mini teas, toiletries lots of towels, very generous offer compared to what I am used while travelling to the USA, but that’s just my experience. The breakfast is served a beautiful setting and it’s a à la carte style with very fresh and Mediterranean products. The waitress that took care of us was Rochelle, a very kind lady from Philippines. Also Cynthia and Patricia and some other people whose names I don’t remember now, from reception, were very kind, helpful and made our stay great. They indicated that this was an abandoned Palace and that for 13 years no one took care of this beautiful historic building was recently renovated and I say the property is extremely beautiful. We did not have dinner at the hotel so I cannot comment on that.

Very nice and beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Seville. The breakfast was a special treat.
