ユニットの実際の位置は記載されているものと異なります。彼らはエリアの周りにいくつかのユニットを持っています。私が選んだのは、陝西南地下鉄駅まで徒歩約 8 分です。この駅は、地下鉄 1 号線、10 号線、12 号線の乗り換え駅でもあります。いくつかのショッピング モールや飲食店が徒歩圏内にあります。ユニットは地元の住宅地域内にあるため、外国人にとってユニットを見つけるのは簡単ではありませんでした。これにより、地元の人々の生活を垣間見ることができ、素晴らしく豊かな経験になりました。 本体自体はかなり綺麗に保たれています。テレビ、湯沸かしポット、炊飯器、コンロ、鍋、フライパン、洗濯乾燥機、暖房器具が備わっています。ロフトにキングサイズのマットレスとシンプルな畳のティーテーブルを備えたロフトユニットです。グラウンドレベルにはソファとクイーンサイズのベッドが備わっています。 トイレはこのユニットにとって最も難しい部分です。古いスタイルのドアが開くと、朝の洗濯にちょうど十分な小さな洗面台が出迎えてくれます。奥に進むと、とてもシンプルなシャワーカーテンが付いたシャワーエリアです。さらに奥に進むと、WC王座が決まります。シャワーを浴びると玉座が濡れます。 私たちは3人家族で、10代の男の子がいます。全体として、私たちはそこでの4泊の滞在に満足しています。価格は手頃です。 ホストとのコミュニケーションはすべて Wechat 経由で行われました。問い合わせにもすぐに対応していただき、とても助かりました。チェックアウト時間も延長させていただきました。

最初はレビューがあるとは思っていなかったので、少し不安でしたが、行った後、ドアを開けると、装飾の匂いがしました。私はホルムアルデヒドに非常に敏感なので、部屋に不快感を感じ始めました。 2日目、3日目に熱が出ました。家の装飾が悪いせいなのかはわかりません。理由を一言で言えば、慎重に選んでください、部屋の匂いがとても強い、場所がとても良い、そこにあります数百メートル離れたところに地下鉄があり、朝の地下鉄の音はとても澄んでいて、「一晩選ぶことができる」という言葉があります。

立地は良いですが、入り口が少し不気味です。価格の価値はあります。トイレの清潔さを改善する必要があります。

Great location, fine price. But it needs attention. This place is offered by several companies, and you notice it as soon as you enter. It's quite worn down and needs a revamp, proper clean etc. Dusty, not vacuumed well (or not at all). Christmas tree is still there in May, dead plants. Toilets were still wet when we arrived. Dirty bath mats lying in the bathrooms. Kitchen utensils were wet too. Glass walls and mirrors with stains. Service company tried its best to compensate and cleaning lady came by the same afternoon to do another sweep, which was helpful but still not made it for the full 100%. That’s the first impression. Then the master bed is old and too hard in comparison to new bed in other room. Blankets are too small for the size of the bed. But most importantly the plumbing needs work. The toilet next to master bedroom makes an awful noise couple of times per night (old or bad plumbing). Basically slept not so well 2 out of 3 nights. Down the line. Probably value for money in Shanghai especially considering its location, but likely not staying again.

A small apartment with good location. Too bad the cleanliness of this room need to be improved. There was still dust on the floor and also the fridge smelled funny. There’s kitchen in the apartment, but there was not even kitchen utensils. No plates, nor fork, spoon, chopsticks. There was just 2 pots on the stove. So I guess that’s just for decoration. Also, there needs something to be done with the router (?) blinking light. It was too bright at night when the lights are off.

第一次給爸媽訂民宿，爸媽很期待這次旅行，住的好很加分，連打幾個電話誇我會訂房間。房間雖然小但是空間佈局合理，爸媽住着很舒服。地理位置也很好，離地鐵口很近，走幾步就到了。自助入住，遇到問題客服能第一時間解決。附近吃的玩的也很多。適合多人出行或者親子出行選擇，推薦推薦👍👍

房間不錯，整潔安靜，離耳鼻喉醫院很近，還帶個小院子，這兩天天氣涼快一點，坐在院子裏聊聊天很愜意，周邊吃飯方便，房間設施齊全，還不錯，值得推薦，

房子靠近烏魯木齊中路和五原路路口，離1、7號線地鐵常熟路站400來左右，離地鐵10號網上海圖書館站500米左右，出行非常方便。 我們這次人多，房東推薦我們同時訂了靠在一起的兩間房“海日”和“半壁”。 房間雖然不是很大，但也夠用了。這間房有三個大窗户，層高也高，非常的通透。總體挺滿意的。

設施：設施齊全，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全很有生活氣 衞生：總體衞生很乾凈整潔 環境：環境更不用説，家裡人都很喜歡 服務：洗衣機不會用，客服會耐心指導我們總體來説非常棒的一次體驗！

小區位置好，但房子位置有點偏僻。一個人走在路上有點可怕，。隔音不太好，可以聽到別人的聲音甚至熱水器燒水的聲音，因為這個半夜睡不好。 被單有點藏但帶了一次性套子所以可以接受，沙發洗衣機也臟但不用就好
