It’s a nice little hotel right next to West Gaoke Road metro station exit 3. It has a boutique feel to it and I like the retro styling with with all the props and records on the wall.
The rooms are fine, but I felt it was a little overpriced for what it was. Especially considering the room was only 22m, and there wasn’t even a proper desk in the room. Sure it had a balcony, but there wasn’t any kind of view, just a nice place to relax if the weather is nice. Other than that it was cosy enough, and the staff are pretty friendly, helpful and provided good service. The breakfast was standard, but fine.
One annoyance I do want to mention though, was that I had to go with a member of staff to a nearby police station to register the residence which was the first time I’ve ever had to do that, and I have no idea why.
Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but I’ll check out the other hotels in the area before returning to this one.
